I tried to understand since it's the holiday season and everyone is trying to prepared. I waited for about 40 minutes before getting seated. She began with her hand piece and all I can say is she was very rough. She put my tips on and started cutting them with scissors.. I felt as if she was going to cut my skin off underneath the nail. My nails are not the same length. I felt as if she was rushing to get to the next person. My concern was that I made an appointment in which she was running late for. I feel like if I scheduled with you I. Advance you should really take the time you set aside for ME and do my nails the way they should be done. She applied the powder and then brought out her handpiece again and this time it was so much worse. She cut me on three fingers. She cut me so bad on one finger I was bleeding for 30 minutes and bleed through the bandaid she gave me on my way out. She was not using any gloves. She kept applying alcohol and then ended up using some powder which didn't work either. My blood was on the nail polish on my finger and she continued to work with it. I was shocked. I really hope my finger doesn't get infected. My nails have never been painted worse in my life. They are very thick. There is nail polish on my skin. She didn't do the sides of the nails or the front of them. She didn't clean underneath my nails. There was excess acrylic underneath and she looked at completely ignoring it. She did not clean up my cuticles, she didn't apply any oil nor did she bring out the hot towel for me. I saw everyone around me getting their cuticles cleaned up, the hot towel, the oil. Why wasn't I receiving the same care? At this point I was over my entire experience. She applied lotion on my hand where I wasn't bleeding and she massaged it in, very aggressively. She did the same on the hand I was bleeding and avoided that one finger that was still bleeding. She put a bandaid and headed to the register. " $30 for you" as if she was giving some sort of dicount? I paid with my debit card. When I got into the car and started driving away I noticed my finger bleeding through my bandaid. I gave her a call and asked for my refund. She advised me to go back into the salon. I reached back and her attitude was horrible. As if I just did something to her? I asked for cash since I paid debit and she refused to give me cash!!!!!! She said she can't because of "tax reasons"!!!! She ended up voiding it on my card and told me to take a seat so she can cut my nails off! I was beyond upset now. She had the audacity to try and force me to sit down so she can do this just because she refunded me! ABSOLUTELY NOT. I did not want this woman ever touching my nails AGAIN. Fast forward to the next day I am in pain. My finger hurts. It is black around the area where she cut me. The standard of care I received at this nail salon was very poor. You should not leave a salon bleeding or in pain!!!!! I would NOT recommend this nail salon to ANYONE. If I could give 0 stars I would.
