After my hair was colored and washed, I was left in the chair with wet hair for over 45 minutes, with no one coming to assist me. I could see my stylist cutting another client's hair, so I went to the receptionist to ask if someone would be drying my hair. She informed me that I hadn't booked a blowout, so no one would be drying my hair. I was taken aback and asked, "So I'm expected to leave the salon with wet hair, in a gown and towel?" She replied that some customers do. I was in shock. I then approached someone else, and when I finally interrupted to ask what was happening, I was in tears from the embarrassment and frustration of the situation. This appointment was a birthday treat that my husband had arranged for me, and it was completely ruined. The owner was kind and apologized, drying my hair himself and offering me a 50% discount, but honestly, at that point, it felt insufficient given how upset I was. My first time visit to this venue. At first I was a bit confused of where this place was located bc…read morethough I had an address there was no specification that it is located within a group of other suites. I thought it was a big salon ,but come to find out my stylist/colorist does one on one appointments. My appointment was made the day it snowed and she still came out to meet me. I got the full cut and color and though it turned out to be a long process she made me feel very comfortable. Vanessa takes the time to listen to what you are trying to achieve with a cut or color and she makes it happen. She follows all covid protocols. I think after 30+ years of getting my haircut I think I found my go to person. Vanessa is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for anyone to try out. She even cuts men hair. I would have posted more pics but my fone finally died. I will definitely bring my boys to her to get a cut next.
