In a nutshell, food was good. Nice size portions and fresh. The service on the other hand was underwhelming. Yes it was busy but that isn't an excuse for bad service. The host was very dry and somewhat sarcastic. Our waitress would disappear for long periods of time. It took her about 30 min to get our food order then we waited about an hour for our food. No apologies, no explanations. Not ok.

I ended up going here again today bc the place I had planned on going was packed. I had an okay experience. The server was friendly, though I was there several minutes before being greeted. She seemed confused when she first saw me, like she wasn't sure when I got there or if I was her table. Anyway, I ordered a cappuccino which was good/ as expected. I also ordered the Iberian Croissant. Tbh, it was good, but only bc with that combination of flavors you can't go wrong. It was a croissant topped with Brie cheese and hot honey, scrambled eggs, chorizo slices, sundried tomatoes, and green onions. The croissant itself was over toasted and was sort of crunchy. And it was $17.50. I think my opinion is the same as the last visit. The food is okay, but this is someplace to go for the dessert/ breakfast croissants and coffee.

A friend suggested we came to try this new French bakery in Town and Country, so we decided to come for brunch today. Place has an open layout, laid back feel. We got seated and serviced quickly as it was not busy at all. The menu has a lot of variety. Selection of egg dishes, sandwiches, avocado toasts, croissants, pastas, soups, desserts, baked goods (including some latin styles like empanadas, tequeños, pan de bono) and a kids' menu. Drinks wise they have coffee, sodas, tea, orange juice, apple juice, lemonades and "refreshers" that can be made with water or have a coconut milk base. They also have wines, beer and cocktails. Here is what we ordered ... The CROQUE MADAME- served on a baguette, different than the original. The tuna sandwich- lacked flavor. The turkey sandwich- very cold, I would have preferred it toasty. The feta cheese omelette- huge! Definitely something you can share. The salmon avocado toast- on the smaller side and bland taste. We were full for desserts. That'd probably the only reason I'd give this place another try.

I'd been wanting to check this spot out since it opened, and I'm so glad I finally did! The moment you walk in, the open, airy vibe makes you feel right at home, and then you see the pastry display. Instant cravings. The croissants are massive and absolutely irresistible.!! If you're into chocolate, the Nutchino is a must. The menu has a solid variety, and everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice surprise, and the refresher drink hit the spot. Portions are huge (especially those croissants!), so it's perfect for sharing or turning breakfast into brunch. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying more!

This place is always crowded and specializes in breakfast and lunch, although they stay open until 6pm. I've never gone for breakfast but have gone several times for lunch. I am not usually a French dip sandwich person but had a craving today (maybe seeing that it's a French restaurant?) anyway, it totally melts in your mouth - tender beef, melted Swiss cheese, caramelized onions and a salty au jus sauce for dipping. Certainly hit the spot.

We love La Boulangerie we have tried other locations and were excited to try this one in The Palms. I don't know why it has such low reviews, granted it is not the cheapest but the quality is always top notch. Food is fresh, and tasty. Service is really good. Calm music and clean aesthetic. I'll be coming here anytime i get the chance. The tomato soup with the grilled cheese is one of the yummiest items on their menu

I stopped in to this location for the first time. I am a Boulangerie fan and have been to their North Miami Beach, the old Coral Gables location and the Pinecrest locations and have always enjoyed the food. This location is in town and country and is a large location. The decor is similar to the other locations, I love the tables branded with the emblems. I was seated pretty promptly. I ordered my usual which I didn't see on the menu which is the half sandwich and soup with a San Benedetto peach tea which reminds me of when I lived in Rome. My sandwich of choice today was tuna- it's usually tuna but I have had a few other sandwiches and they were good. Today's soup was vegetable soup which I absolutely love. It took a while for the waitress to come back and give me my bill. I ordered some desserts to go and she charged me for everything. Usually when you order to go, they bring it to the table, so I sat and waited. After 10 minutes I got up and found her and the desserts were on the to go counter, but I was never made aware of that. Luckily I didn't have much going on that day and I was reading my book so it wasn't a big deal, but the service was slow towards the end. I will definitely come back because I am a fan of food, but they do need to do better on the service.

The standout of the entire meal was the tres leches French toast an absolute 10/10. It was rich, perfectly sweet, and honestly one of the best brunch items I've had. The seasonal fruit platter was also a 10/10 so fresh and beautifully presented with honeydew, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, and a side of blueberry yogurt that tied everything together perfectly. The breakfast burrito, however, was more of a 5/10 very basic and didn't stand out compared to the other dishes we tried. Overall, the experience was still enjoyable, especially because of the incredible French toast and fresh fruit platter. I'd definitely come back for those alone, but I'd probably explore different savory options next time.

The hardest part about dining here was deciding what I wanted to order. I could have ordered the entire menu it looked so good! Helpful tip... check out the menu and know what you're going to order before you get in line. Otherwise you're going to be pressured to order at the front of the line. When you walk in, you place your order and pay for it and take a table number. You need to find your own table. Our service was pretty quick, despite how busy the restaurant was. My cold brew was very good and a nice start to the meal. Our guacamole came next and it was nicely styled with pomegranate, cheese and cilantro on top. Yum! The real star of the show for me was this unassuming looking House Club Sandwich that was to die for. Seriously ... it was so good. I ordered mine without the ham, and it was divine! I wish i lived closer. I'm already dreaming of coming back. My son ordered some kind of short rib/beef burrito and it disappeared so quickly I didn't even get to snap a photo. This is a perfect spot to enjoy a great meal, I highly recommend it. One thing I can say is that it's on the pricey side. $113 lunch for 2 added up super fast but it was well worth it. I'll be dreaming of that sandwich til my next visit!

I ordered the mahi mahi tacos, and while they tasted ok, the portion size felt pretty small for the price. Overall, it came across as a bit overpriced for what you get. The service style is more casual and self-directed. You order and pay at the register, get a number, and then find your own seat while they bring the food out to you. Water is self-serve, and once you're done with your meal, you just head out. There's minimal interaction with staff, which might appeal to people who prefer a more low-key, independent dining experience or want a place to sit and work without being interrupted. That said, the service did not feel very friendly or welcoming. And personally, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed.
