The ambiance is warm, the outdoor seating facing the water is equally beautiful in winter and summer (albeit for different reasons). The only difficulty I encountered was a lack of parking space. Although I was able to park on a side street it was a little tricky with the reduced available space due to snow/ice. Outside of that little point I had a nice relaxing morning coffee (Bulbasaur approves!) while taking in the views and listening to other customers have work meetings (ie; not loud, just discussing). I am glad it was early morning and thus not crowded. I will be back to try their specialty coffees or at least espressos :)

If you find yourself in this part of Quebec, please pay these people a visit. They make their own chocolate there. THEY MAKE CHOCOLATE! There is a room next to the main area where you can watch them mix the chocolate, pour it into molds, and make a whole bunch of happiness. They offer creams, caramels, chocolate covered espresso beans, chocolate covered orange peels, truffles, and almost any other piece of chocolate heaven that you can think of. There is also a small espresso bar that offers a perfect cup of coffee as well as cocoa. Everyone there was extremely friendly, which is typical of most people I've met in this city. This is a perfect spot to stop in and enjoy the happiness as you walk along the water. Can't wait to visit again!

I was under the impression that crepes were thinner, but it was a combination of a pancake and a crepe. I won't complain because it tasted wonderful. The fruits were fresh and tasted sweet and citrusy. The omelette was packed with ham, sausage and bacon, the home fries were crispy. We really enjoyed our meal and was full till we reached home. I thought it might be good because their menu called the pour over a "V60." I tried three different beans over the course of my stay.
