I found this nail shop on Google where the hours were listed as 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM. I arrived around 5 PM and asked if they could do a pedicure. The male employee named Sam, who I assume may be the owner, looked at me and asked the other technicians if they wanted to take me. They clearly seemed hesitant, which would have been completely fine if they were busy or getting ready to close. However, they eventually agreed and seated me after about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, this ended up being one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. I asked for a basic cleaning pedicure, but the technician didn't trim anything or properly clean my cuticles. The entire time she was lightly grazing the tool across my skin without actually doing any real work. It felt rushed and careless. What concerned me the most was the lack of sanitation. I watched the tools being "cleaned" with nothing more than water after the previous client, and one of the clippers still looked dirty. The purple scrubber used on my feet had clearly already been used and still had visible residue from the previous client. This is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable for a business that provides services involving skin and tools. Between the poor quality of the pedicure and the obvious hygiene issues, I would absolutely not recommend this salon. read more

So I had heard about this place because my neighbor told me it was affordable. Worst nails & pedi I've ever gotten. Not only did they tell me the price was $67, and I went back to ask why my card was charged $87 and the guy just got nervous and laughed. He tryed to explain that it was $87 and that's fine because when he explained why in his numbers it made sense but why did you say $67 then. Also, on top of that misunderstand the shape was horrible and very ugly rounded and not how French tip should be. And my toes he said it was gel, but it literally cracked and chipped off so soon. Over all horrible business. Out dated, and there technique is trash. I'll never go back. Wish I had pictures to show but I deleted out of my phone. If you like modern, up to date nails and style with good shape don't go here. read more

First, she filed my nails shorter than i wanted. On top of that, she made my nails very uneven and crooked ! Now i gotta grow them out again so i can fix them elsewhere. Second, The sample nails they give you so you can decide what color you want, are very inaccurate. I finally settled after changing the color like 3 times but still unhappy about it. my wife went to get her a mani/pedi and the guy who did her mani "removed/stole," the ring off of her finger, she paid, tipped and left, b4 she realized it was gone and when she noticed it was off her finger she went back and asked about it and the workers started speaking to one another in their language, and pretended to search for it, but to no avail it didn't come up, i went over there and checked they ass and made him empty his pockets out, but no rong found, hella suspect watch your jewelry or leave it in the car b4 you go get serviced!!!!!.....you've been warned!!...her nails & toes did look gd tho!! read more

I have been a customer since i was 17 years old. I'm 42 years old now and they are still in business even through a world pandemic. If i want all the fancy new age stuff, this isn't tour mains shop. But don't be discouraged, they are up to grade on everything "basic" trendy at ridiculous low prices (mainly because of where they are located). I'm excited that they survived the pandemic. After a year of morning, i was more than half to return to getting my mani/pedi and fill. I will be distraught the day Michele or Quan retires. This is an ok place. It isn't fancy but it isn't overly hood. The staff is nice and it isn't too loud. It is the perfect place for a quick pedi ($12) if they aren't busy. During the week is a good time to come...Saturday...fahgeddaboudit! :-) If you want your eyebrows waxed ($7), go to Michelle only!!!!! DO NOT GET A PEDICURE HERE. The older lady does not do great pedicures. She will ruin the shape and cut off most of your nail. She grazes your skin with the nippers instead of grooming your toes. I live down the street from this place but never bothered to check them out. But yesterday I drove to my usual place in Gardena just to be turned away since they were short staffed. I remembered this place from taking my kids get ice cream next door. I walked in and asked if I can be seen on last minute notice, I was immediately seated and asked to pick my colors for my nails. I went to this place to get my nails done, horrible establishment... The employees are rude except for the Older lady & Michelle. I told them I wanted a full set & pedi and they started on my hands and one lady sat around and ate food than another customer walked in the door and she asked her what she wanted ... The lady said a Pedi, than she had the nerve to start the other ladies feet before mines, I guess the other employees noticed and said something to her in her Language, she then brought me out some water so my feet could soak. After that she started working on the other ladies feet, thinking she would come back or another employee would start my feet I waited, everyone just didn't care about my feet & kept helping new customers walking in the door let me tell you... My feet Sat in the water for LITERALLY 45mins the water even got cold and the man was almost done with my hands, I was BEYOND IRRATATED!! I even told them never mind on the Pedi because obviously my business isn't appreciated, Michelle wasn't there so I didn't have anyone to complain to since she's the manager, it was just VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
