Decided to come here while we waited to get a table from Olive Garden. Two people were already being attended but they got to us really fast. They did a great job and the prices are fair. We just came in for eyebrow threading which to me I will always hate but the job they do here is good. The vibe here is kinda awkward only because the workers are talking between themselves in another language. But like I said as for the work they do so far no complaints! Great job ! read more

My wife and my daughter wanted to get their eyebrows done. My daughter's eyebrows came out good but when it came to my wife they messed up her eyebrows. She asked for her eyebrows to get cleaned and they thinned out one of her eye brows. She informed the technician she just wanted a clean up due to the fact that she has allowed for her eyebrows to grow. When she informed the woman that she made her eyebrows thin and that she didn't like how they came out [[HIGHLIGHT]]the technician was understanding but the other two workers decided to chime in to the conversation and were beyond rude and disrespectful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They started saying that is was my wife's fault for waiting for the older woman who did my daughters eyebrows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They began to slam on the counter pointing at my wife's face saying she has to pay for both eyebrow services and they will be calling the cops.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My wife instructed them call the cops and that she will wait but then they began to speak in dialect talking about [[HIGHLIGHT]]my wife pointing at her while speaking in dialect[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. My wife was simply stating to the technician that helped her out that she was not satisfied with how thin she made her eyebrows. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The technician helping my wife was trying to resolve the situation but the other two younger women were just making the situation worse by calling my wife names and getting offended when my wife began to cuss them out since they had no part in the conflict.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They decided to start recording and began recording a minor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They started recording because my wife was telling them how she was only going to pay for my daughter's eyebrows and not hers since she did not like how they thinned out one of her eyebrows. I used to come here all the time but after today never again! I got a new lady I hadn't seen before and she rushed me the entire time! After I checked in and sat she just threw the tissue paper on my chest and started threading my eyebrows, didn't even ask what I was going to request. I stopped her and told her I wanted a clean and that certain areas I'm trying to grow, and she just gave me an annoyed look and kept going, not acknowledging what I said. Thankfully she listened, but a simple "ok" would've been nice. They also always give you aloe gel and a small massage but this woman literally did one swipe and said "ok done" which was the first time she acknowledged me as a human and actually spoke to me. Then when I paid she told me to leave a tip. Because her service was so bad I only left $1 and she was mad, but so was I!! She didn't even deserve that $1! Then once I finished paying she walked away, no goodbye or nothing. She only spoke to me twice the whole time I was there, first time was to tell me she was done and second to leave a tip. I understand if MAYBE there was a language barrier, but even so body language and the way you look at people is universal. She was just in a rush to get back to her seat. Also IF there was a language barrier "hello" is a simple thing to say and "it says to leave a tip" isn't I used to have a lady I went to, her name was Renu I think and she was amazing! Always did small talk and would give a little massage when putting the aloe gel. I haven't seen her in a while, and after today with this other lady (didn't catch her name) I won't be going back. I saw someone else here left a similar review today, I am pretty sure it was the same woman that serviced us because everyone else is usually nicer. read more

Great eyebrow place! It's in the mall so it's in a convenient location and very spacious. I feel very comfortable bringing my daughter in a stroller here to wait while I get my eyebrows done. All the girls are very good at threading and are fast which is what I need. Pricing is very reasonable for threading. This is definitely my regular spot while I'm staying in CA for a bit read more

This was the only brow place I would go to and I would only go to Lugu because she always gets me right! Unfortunately I don't think she works here anymore I haven't seen her in months and the other ladies usually make my brows thinner than I prefer. Love this place. They are so friendly. Every time my eyebrows have came out nice. I usually go in Sunday's when Tiva is working. She is the absolute best. (Beauty is Pain so of course it's going to hurt a little) I always go here to get my eyebrows threaded and I have been coming here for 2 years. I usually don't mind who does them, but now I know that I need to start picking since I come out with a different result every time. Sometimes they look really good, sometimes they look like they still need to be cleaned up, and one lady even shortened my eyebrows before. I've been coming here for about 2 years now. They are always so friendly when you come in, and attend to you as quickly as they can. My eyebrows always come out great with every threading lady I've gotten. There is a check in on a tablet where you can choose the service you'd like as well as the person you'd like to do your eyebrows if you want someone specific. The only service I've had done are my eyebrows. I live how they put aloe Vera after they are done and it helps with the slight pain that comes from threading. The prices are also very good! I pay $7 to get my eyebrows threaded! Great place and a must go! read more

I just went here and while most of the staff seemed nice, the lady I had was super rude, pushy, and she wasn't thoughtful/intentional at all. she seemed to be rushing which i didn't enjoy, and while i was using the mirror to determine whether i liked what she had done so far on my brow threading, she didn't seem to care and was rushing to have me to leave even before i said i liked them. then when i paid she told me to leave a tip too, and because i left a small one (because of her service quality) she didn't even say thank you or goodbye. super rude! i'm sure the other ladies were much nicer but i will never be returning here again! and i think the ladies may be racist because they were so nice to the girl before me but so rude and unwelcoming to me. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! RUDE WORKERS WHO WILL BOTCH YOUR EYEBROWS AND STILL MAKE YOU PAY WHILE YELLING AT YOU! If I could give them zero stars I would. Had my eyebrows done by this lady named 'Ruby' and she completely botched my eyebrows. I have natural thick eyebrows with a nice shape and she completely ruined them, making one eyebrow higher than the other. When I was visibly upset, she yelled at me and said I had to pay or she will call the police. The other ladies in the shop saw that she messed up and still said I had to pay. I usually go to Ligu but she wasn't in today and I needed my eyebrows done ASAP. I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I'm so upset and disgusted by their behavior. DO NOT COME HERE. The location is a little tricky to find the first time! KRISHNA is my gal here - I have only seen her twice, but have every intention of returning. Typically you wait 3-10 minutes. They accept cards. My brows turn out pretty good for the price ($7). So parking at the mall is still a bummer, but Krishna never disappoints! read more

The ladies that work here are very rude! Except for Annie but she's no longer here though. I came looking for Annie and the ladies here let me know she no longer at this location. When they offered to do my eyebrows I politely let them know I would just rather know where Annie is now so I can go to her. They seem to not like that I wanted my eyebrows done by Annie so they began being super rude to me. I did everything I could to find Annie and I FOUND HER! If you were Annie's client, you'll know she's absolutely polite and friendly. She goes above and beyond to treat you the best she can! Who doesn't wanna come in to a bright pink threading salon? That's why I entered! I've been coming here for about 4 months now. No crazy lines like other "popular that's why I pay way more" places. I paid $7 bucks for an eyebrow threading that was UH-mazing! They also have many other services with more than decent pricing. This place is clean, big and comfortable. Everyone their is so sweet! My first time here and I honestly thread about once every year and a half. The lady that did mines was kinda rude prob because I asked for a little more on my eyebrows. The rudeness made me feel like she is not trustworthy. She also asked me if I wanted to tip, she was watching the screen while I made a transaction. Not sure if I would come back, as there are plenty of threading places to go to. read more

Walked in at 8:40 and was told they were closed. I come here and spend money on myself and my family everytime. I drove from downtown and the business and the mall is still open. This is disappointing as I have an event tomorrow and counted on this. Everywhere says they close at 9pm. Lies, bad business. read more

Came here to do a full face and checked in upon arrival. Some other customer came in later and did the same with no appointment. The lady working there then called Mar and the other girl got up because apparently her name was Marisol. The lady then took her without confirming that was even the right person. It wasn't until she tried to confirm the service for fill face that she realized she'd picked the wrong person. Even so, she told me (not asked if I'd mind) I could wait because the girl she was working on was "just doing eyebrows." Um okay, I don't care -- what's the point of having people sign in if you're just going to go out of order? I would understand if she'd had an appointment but she was just a walk in like me. So unprofessional. I've been here before and the service wasn't bad but after today I won't be coming back. Annoying. read more

First let me start off my saying Annie is a lifesaver! I made the terrible mistake of going to a different threading bar and they left my eyebrows uneven and misshaped. I drove the extra 30 minutes to see Annie hoping she could fix them, and my girl came through. The prices here are great and the staff is incredible to say the least. Today I went and she was straight up honest with me on what to do so u can my eyebrows look the same since one eyebrow is longer than the other. I really do recommend this place. I normally get my brows waxed but since I was in the mall I decided to stop here. The lady was nice (and I did tip) but not even 2 minutes after I left for another store my eyebrow started stinging. I noticed it was bleeding slightly and I went back. Then two of the women began to tell me it was normal but I'm not convinced at all! I just left. It really hurts. I'm hoping it doesn't scar or get infected. This is unfortunate especially after I'd told the lady I'd had a bad waxing experience in the past. Smh. read more

On June 17, 2026, between approximately 7:30 p.m. and 8:15 p.m., I waited 20-25 minutes before being told that Usha had taken an extra day off. What frustrated me most was that no one informed me when I checked in, despite me driving over an hour specifically for her. I simply asked why I wasn't notified & whether there was any type of compensation for the inconvenience. Instead of empathy or even a simple apology, I was met with a rude attitude from Ira. Ironically, Ira had threaded my eyebrows once before, & I was unhappy with the results. That's why I switched to Usha & never looked back. Usha consistently did an amazing job every single visit. Ira aggressively told me my only options were to let someone else do my eyebrows or leave & come back another day. When I explained that I had wasted over an hour driving there, along with my time & gas, the conversation escalated because of the way she spoke to me. Rather than trying to resolve the issue professionally, she became argumentative, mocked me, refused to identify herself, rage baited & put her hands in my face, & continued provoking the situation instead of de escalating it. One of the employees even told Ira to stop escalating the situation because she was making matters worse. Security was eventually called, & during that interaction I was encouraged by security to file a formal complaint, which I have since done. After leaving, I went to Babi Threading in Culver City, located on the same second floor of the mall, where Kiran & her team immediately welcomed me, did my eyebrows beautifully, & treated me with kindness & professionalism. The difference in customer service was night & day. The most disappointing part is that Usha is an incredible threader, & she is the only reason I remained a loyal customer for over a year. Unfortunately, because of the way the situation was handled by " management IRA " they have lost a faithful client. No customer should ever be spoken to disrespectfully for asking reasonable questions after driving a long distance for a specific service provider who wasn't available. Lastly, I want to sincerely thank Matthew, the security officer, for remaining calm, respectful, & professional throughout the situation. He understood why I was frustrated & helped de escalate everything peacefully. His professionalism stood in sharp contrast to the way I was treated inside the business. Customer service starts with communication, accountability, & respect. Unfortunately, my final visit reflected none of those values. I will never return here & I cannot recommend this establishment based on my first & last time I'm disrespected especially helping out a company in need. Do better & humble yourself. Here and there I would also ask to have my upper lip and chin waxed. Unfortunately, today went horrible. I have attached a picture of the aftermath. I went back to show her what had happened and instead of apologizing she instead said it was due to me having sensitive skin and it was my fault for not letting her know so she could have applied something prior to waxing. She said yes, just to wait, so I did--while she tinted another client's brows. I wish more than anything she had told me no. I've been blessed with thick, full, fluffy brows and I've worked really hard to maintain them. When it was my turn, she never asked me what I wanted. She didn't remove my makeup or clean the area around my brows beforehand, which I've always had done at other places. That was the first red flag. I told her clearly, "I like my brows thick. I'm just here for a clean-up," and she said okay. But once she started, she took an unusually long time, kept plucking, and then started using scissors. I should've trusted my gut and stopped her. When she handed me the mirror, I was genuinely in shock. My brows were so thin--nothing close to the "clean-up" I asked for. I told her they looked really thin, and she just said to use brow gel to brush them up. But how? She cut them so short there's nothing left to brush. Now, my right brow is noticeably thinner than the left. I look like I stepped out of the '90s--and not in a good way. I haven't been able to look at myself without getting emotional. Brows frame your face, and for many of us, they're deeply tied to our confidence. I left feeling devastated. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I hope this saves someone else from going through the same experience. If you love your brows, go elsewhere!

I recently purchased a 10-session package for $430. I only learned Alyssa was leaving because she casually mentioned it during one of my last appointments. As a client with a half-used prepaid package, I was never proactively notified, offered options, or told how my remaining services would be handled. To be fair, I genuinely tried to make the situation work. I even booked an appointment with one of the artists Alyssa personally recommended. Unfortunately, while they were kind, the results simply were not to my standards. That confirmed what I already knew: I purchased this package specifically because I trusted Alyssa's work--not simply because I wanted eyebrow threading. Feeling stuck, and without another solution, I requested a prorated refund of the unused package. I didn't ask for this refund because of any changes on my end. I requested one because the provider whose services I specifically prepaid for became unavailable indefinitely. Had Alyssa not left, I never would have requested a refund. Instead, I was expected to absorb the financial loss caused by circumstances entirely outside my control, which I believe was fundamentally unfair. Although Alyssa did agree to issue a partial refund, which I appreciate, she would only do so after retroactively repricing all of my completed appointments at the full individual session rate instead of the discounted package rate I had paid. As a result, my refund was substantially reduced. I would never have chosen to receive these services at the full individual session rate. I purchased the package because the discounted pricing reflected the value I was willing to pay. Retroactively converting completed appointments to the full retail rate fundamentally changes the financial agreement I originally accepted. I was told that Alyssa's policy only allows a package-rate refund if an artist "permanently leaves." However, "buying a one-way ticket", "planning to travel for over a year", and having "no return date"is, from a client's perspective, functionally no different. Expecting clients to leave hundreds of dollars with a business indefinitely in the hope that an artist may someday return is unreasonable and unfair. Unfortunately, this experience reflects what I now recognize as a broader pattern. When the studio transitioned to the Fresha booking app, I accidentally booked with a newly hired artist because I didn't realize the new system assigned providers differently than before. Of course, I was welcome to keep that appointment, but I am very particular about my eyebrows, and for several years Alyssa had been the only person I trusted to thread them. Rather than proceed with an artist I didn't know, I immediately explained the misunderstanding and chose to forgo the appointment and wait for Alyssa instead. Despite being a loyal client for years, there was no flexibility or grace for what was clearly an honest mistake during a confusing system transition, and I was still required to pay for an appointment I never received. I've also seen disheartening posts on her business instagram page where she appears to poke fun of clients who arrive late. While every business has the right to enforce a late policy, publicly ridiculing clients who support your business struck me as unprofessional and disappointing. Even as someone who was never once late to an appointment, I still found these posts to be incredibly off-putting. True customer service isn't only about offering clients a drink when they arrive. It is about showing respect for them in difficult situations, especially when your business can no longer fulfill its obligations. Although Alyssa's talent is undeniable, and I sincerely wish her the best with her travels, her talent doesn't excuse poor communication or unfair business practices. After six years of loyalty, I expected to be treated with far more transparency, fairness, and consideration than I received.

It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I am so upset!!! I have been getting my eyebrows treaded for years and never had such a terrible experience. A clean up means clean up, not take off 50% of your eyebrows! I have to pencil them it is so bad. Not to mention... I am clearly 8 months pregnant and the woman they assigned me to was sick with a cold, snotty, rubbing her nose, unkept, dirty nails and wearing pajamas and rude. I can not use any product to try to regrow my eyebrows until after I give birth and every time I get ready in the morning I just want to cry. I usually do not post reviews and just let it go but this was so terrible I just had to warn others to not go there. This was the Culver City location at the mall. read more

This place is great and never has a long wai. I came as a walk in midday and Nafisa was so sweet and incredibly accurate with threading my brows, even with my baby in a carry all (attached to me) she still was able to thread my eyebrows perfectly.
