When I eat inside the restaurant, the salad portions are larger and the sandwiches are complete, so this inconsistency is very frustrating. I also want to add that I drive 15 minutes to get to this location, and after discovering the issues with my order, I did not want to drive back just to make a claim. Customers should not have to spend extra time and gas to correct mistakes. Additionally, the tables are often dirty, and they allow non-customers to use the bathroom. There are frequently homeless individuals using the restroom, and because of what goes on in there, I did not feel safe taking my children to use it. This situation needs to be taken seriously by management. A supervisor should address the food quality, cleanliness, and safety concerns immediately. As a loyal customer, I expect much better from Panera.
