The person who answered the phone was very cheerful and was able to schedule an appointment for me very quickly. When I walked in to this location, I was greeted by the front desk associate. She was very friendly and it made me feel valued and welcomed. She told me that my stylist wasn't there yet, but would be with me as soon as she arrived. My stylist, Sarah, arrived a few moments later and warmly greeted me. I followed her back to her station, and we talked a little bit about what I was looking for. I showed her a photo I found on Pinterest, and she said she would be able to help me achieve the hairstyle I was looking for. I went in with hair a little longer than my shoulders, and left with a very cute pixie haircut! Sarah did a great job balancing conversation with efficiency in her service. I enjoyed how quickly yet thoroughly she was able to cut my hair. I received a wash, and she put curl cream in my hair when she was done. I appreciate the extra attention to detail she gave to my hair. I was very nervous going in, but I appreciate that she didn't hesitate to give me what I wanted.
