Great relaxing vibe, i usually get pedicures only with Nelson and I never had a complaint. I do find it slightly on the pricey side but it could be the area that's why. Today I decided to finally get a full set and I love them

I love going to Grand Nails often! Vicky does the best dip in the area and I just love the cozy vibe there! Chen also gives the best pedis!! I highly recommend making an appointment and becoming a regular with this great Spa!

I tried finding a new nail tech but could not find any in texas, I was skeptical coming here because of the discourse on chop shops but they really out did themselves! Shout out to CeCe for being so patient with me, she really took the time to listen and make sure she was giving me what i wanted. She also had amazing precision when doing my french tip. The store is clean and quiet and the price was golden. Im sold and this is my new spot ‍

I had Haley and she was amazing! I was a walk in client and they very politely listened to what I wanted for my nails. She did a dip ombre with flower stickers on my ring finger... very patient and detailed. Did not rush and made me feel very much like I was getting taken care of. Great service. Thank you Haley. I most definitely recommend her and will be back. I also had a basic pedicure and it turned out very pretty.

So disappointing, despite their good reviews. I can't even explain how bad this hurts. And she flipped through prices to find something more expensive than normal. I didn't complain, that's not me, but I definitely won't be back a s your should consider this a warning. $60 for this ...sad. read more

I was delighted with my powder dip. Jason was careful, meticulously thorough and personable. Not only did he do a fabulous job, but he offered me wine and water and put protective gloves on my hands while my nails were soaked and wrapped in tin foil, in case I wanted to use my cell phone. The environment is also bright and clean. I definitely recommend Grand Nails for their great customer service. read more

It's hit or miss here when it comes to getting quality and what you want. I only continue to come here cause it's conveniently located across the street from me. The vibe is great but be ready for language barrier cause you will ask for stiletto nails and end up with coffin nails. Lol ‍! They have the most color options i have ever had and I love that. Always hard for me to pick a color. They sometimes offer you something to, they will ask you on your first visit and after that its some times. I recommend finding your favorite nail tech and stick to them for consistency. read more

What a great first experience. I'm new to the area and always get nervous trying a new salon but I was surprised. The inside decor is absolutely beautiful first and foremost, and the technicians are all so nice. Never did I feel rushed; it was all very welcoming. My nails looked AMAZING btw! That's the whole point isn't it? I got exactly what I pictured in my head and they lasted longer than usual. I'm sure this will be my new salon moving forward. read more

I had an appointment for a set of nails, toes painted, and a wax. I walked in, the place was beautiful. However, the service was terrible. They took me over to get my toes done. She kept asking what color and I said it depends on what design they were going to do. She kept asking me what what color. Now for my nails. All of the designs I showed them they didn't do. I was disappointed. When she was done I sat there got a half an hour. I was waiting for my nails to be done. No one came over to do my nails. I felt I waited long enough. So I left. I will not not be going back. I was very disappointed. read more

I did a lot of research on nail salons in the Lutz/Land O Lakes area and finally decided on this one. I was not disappointed! Beautiful new facilities, comfortable waiting area, and TVs showing fashion shows, diy projects, and travel videos to keep you entertained. Soothing spa music plays throughout. It was a busy day and we were walked ins. Despite that, we were with a tech within 10 min. I got the ombré dip nails with tips and they came out absolutely gorgeous! My tech was very nice and did a fabulous job. My mom got a gel manicure and it came out great. We will definitely be coming back! read more

They take your temperature and ask you to wash your hands, which at first I loved and felt so safe but I noticed they don't ask all clients only People who aren't their regulars. I asked for a full set and she didn't do any cuticle work, i think it's extra to have them do it. Everything is extra here. I wanted my nails to be oval shaped and they said only square shaped is included with the price. I had never paid to have my nail a different shape which I though was odd. The staff doesn't wear gloves! Friendly staff but wouldn't go again. read more

Hey everyone! It's been 21 days since I reviewed and my gel mani and pedi are still going strong. No big chips or cracks . I'm grown out on the base of my fingernails but the manicure itself is still good! I have NEVER had a gel manicure last more than a week and a half. Wanted to try a new nail salon as the previous salon was getting too expensive. They get 2 stars because the tech was very gentle with my mother. The salon is very dusty, floors and tables are dirty. I'm not sure when it was cleaned last but given that we are still in a pandemic, I would think they would be diligent about cleaning it. I only have pics of the bathroom. read more

I don't get my nails done often, but this new salon may have just converted me into a mani/pedi girl. What a relaxing experience with lovely results! The entire staff is kind and friendly and they take pride in their work. I've never had a pedicure that truly left my heels feeling smooth. The deluxe pedicure was worth every penny. For my fingernails, I tried a dip manicure for the first time and I think I'm hooked. I usually don't wear any nail polish because I immediately chip it, but so far so good 12 hours later with the dip manicure. I could see it lasting weeks, it's hard and very smooth. I love running my fingers across my nails right now. Thank you Grand Nails for being so welcoming, helpful and patient with this inexperienced client! read more

This is the place to go. I haven't gotten my nails done in a while so my friend recommended me this nail salon. I am so glad she did because my nails turned out gorgeous. I'm absolutely in love with the way they look. All I did was show a picture of what i wanted and they did exactly that. I normally come here and have been for little while but every time I come I leave with something different then what I wanted. I asked originally for something on a post I saw, detailed and gorgeous but they didn't have a color and it seemed like a hassle, so I asked for the funny bunny nail color because it's a pretty milky white color. However my nails looked like they needed. Fill before I even left and I took these pictures in the parking lot. I felt the service was rushed and I don't like them at all. My beat friend came with me and asked for a light light pink only acrylic and somehow left with blotchy hot pink nails. I went for a basic because I just needed to clean my ingrown nails that were causing me pain. The person that help me give me an attitude once I told them I had ingrown nails in multiple fingers. They end up cutting my finger nail in a way I bleed due to the attitude and so I decided to stop telling them where I had pain. I left the place and I decided to do it myself at home.... I should of just done that from the first place. I would not recommend it! read more

I usually love to get my nails done here. Yesterday I came in to get my eyebrows and chin waxed. The woman who did it was not very gentle and I still have battle wounds the next day. I would come to get my nails done again but not wax. My friend had a similar experience there a few months ago. Considering how expensive it is to wax there , I'm pretty upset that i have to cover wounds with makeup for the event i got waxed for. read more

Way more than I expected! Jenny was my nail tech. She was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and kept checking to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. I had the lavender pedi and it came with a massage, paraffin treatment and TOTAL relaxation. This was exactly what I needed after being here for work. DO NOT GO HERE! I'm writing this review to warn you about this place. It's newly established. The atmosphere is nice and that's it. I had Lynn as my technician, she was rude. I asked her to be gentle and she was rough on my feet. Repeatedly, grabbing my feet. Scrubbing vigorously. She would answer a phone call then resume on my toes without gloves! Scratched her nose and went back down to my feet, I told her to wash her hands. It took almost two hours to get a basic pedicure. They told me I was difficult and she couldn't understand English. She would roll her eyes at me. Just a horrible tech. She was incompetent, and would use her bare nails under my toenails. Just disgusting. I complained to the manager, and she didn't care. They left me sitting there and no one came back to finish my toes for 20 minutes. She disappeared. They had their kids watching TV next to me, so unprofessional. My nails are uneven and look horrible, I will NOT be coming back. If you care about cleanliness, this is NOT the place to be. So rude and disrespectful to the customer. Worst experience at a nail salon I've had. Thank you for reading this review, your feet will thank you later. Obviously, inexperienced technicians here. read more
