Her warmth, professionalism, and hospitality are exactly what great customer service should look like. By some struck of luck we had Bianca as our wheel chef, again. Months ago, when we first visited Divieto Doral, Bianca was our first wheel chef to prepare our pasta, and seeing her once again brought back great memories of that first experience. Her skill, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made the cheese wheel presentation just as impressive as we remembered. But the all star Franciely's exceptional service, and the outstanding food, it is clear that Divieto Doral is filled with amazing employees who genuinely care about their guests. The entire team helped create an unforgettable dining experience, and we cannot wait to come back. The burrito was packed and grilled right, not soggy, not falling apart. The tacos were juicy, tortillas tasted fresh, and the salsas had real flavor with some heat. While we were waiting for the food, I spoke with the cook and she told me her sons and daughters are the owners. She also mentioned they are from Sinaloa, Mexico, and honestly that explains a lot.
