I recommend the classic round one; the rectangular "alla pala" is bigger but the dough isn't as good. The only downside is the service from the waitresses. The breads are tasty enough by themselves. Now that linguini bologna was a pleasant surprise. Very flavorful, cooked to perfection and generous portion. Sauce so good I was cleaning the plate with a few breads I had left from the appetizer. Washed it all down with a refreshing and tasty home made lemonade. Service is top notch and they're very attentive and welcoming. I'd see this truck becoming a storefront in the future if they continue to put out delicious food combined with excellent service.
