OMG!!!! This place is a hidden gem. The food was off the charts delicious. And I'm a very picky eater. I WILL BE BACK.

The most authentic flavor item in my lunch was the refried beans that look like poop at first sight. Rice was bland with cumin flavor and the mole was the most disappointing. Might as well have called them regular enchiladas, the flavor was basic taco mix with a tiny taste of mole. Just a thick cumin or comino paste. Enchiladas should be dripping with sauce in the inside. These were dry tortillas that were barely garnished with sauce on top. The chicken inside was very flavorul but dry. Then the 16 oz lemonade was 4$ and it was super sour ! I never leave reviews. But this was truly disappointing.

I've never had them served this way but was not disappointed. No horseradish served here, fyi. We also got queso fundido which was delicious- portion seemed small but made three full tacos. Draft beer was cold, Bloody Mary was outstanding. Their specialty cocktails looked amazing. I'd love to try but i was really itching for a bloody that day. Our waiter had to be called for everything, we didn't even get silverware or napkins. When we called we got bar napkins while every other guest had proper utensils. Overall, great experience, I'd go back and sit at the bar next time.

As a vegan, that made me excited because actual Mexican food usually has less cheese and can be made vegan. The business is quaint. There was a friendly hostess to welcome us in and our server was very hospitable. We ordered the chile relleno without cheese, zucchini in pasilla pepper sauce, and mole verde off the vegetarian options on the menu. We also enjoyed guacamole and chips. Our server was happy to accommodate our vegan modifications and it was really easy to communicate with him. The flavors are just WOW! Hands down the best guacamole of my life. The sauces are vibrant and rich. Everything tasted so fresh. And the prices for this quality of food cannot be beat. My husband and I literally licked sauce off the plates to make sure we did not miss one ounce of that authentic Mexican flavor. This place is top of our list of businesses to visit next time we are in town visiting family. We had an incredible experience and cannot wait to continue to explore the vegetarian menu options.

I'm not a professional food critic, but I do know seasoning, regional Mexican flavors, and what well‑prepared food should taste like -- and this just wasn't it for us. The restaurant didn't feel well-kept, and it appeared that only one server and one cook were working, plus we and another couple were the only ones there. We were served chips and salsa to start. The salsa, a taquera‑style orange sauce, was actually the best part of the meal. The chips, however, were extremely hard, not fresh, and definitely not warm. They looked house‑made, but whatever they were fried in made them almost inedible. I ordered the ribeye street tacos, and the steak was overcooked, had an odd taste, and wasn't enjoyable. I asked for extra cilantro and onions, which didn't happen, and the chimichurri they brought out was basically oil with a few seasonings floating in it. I almost complimented the Dr Pepper because it had a unique sweetness -- until I realized why. The red glass had visible staining on the inside. When I wiped the rim with my napkin, it came off dirty. They also don't offer straws, so whatever residue was in that glass is what you end up drinking. Between the food quality, the cleanliness concerns, and the overall condition of the restaurant, this was a no for us. How this place has earned such high mentions is honestly beyond me.

The waitress arrived and took my order, their margaritas are large and strong. They give you complimentary chips and fish ceviche with salsas, which were excellent. The green salsa had quite a kick. I then went with the Fried Red Snapper, which came with fries, rice, and a salad. It was very tasty and fresh. The service was very good, the waitress stopped by often and was very friendly. The prices were outstanding. Overall, a great place for seafood.

We ate there, vs. to-go, they have a fairly large seating area. They also seemed like they are doing a lot of to-go orders. We were seated and they brought out ceviche and fried tortia chips and crackers. It was delicious and had a little spice with a really nice fresh taste. The two salsa's were also very good, one was on the milder side and one was hot. My wife had the Camarones Zarandeados (Grilled shrimp with home sauce). It comes with several shrimp and rice. It is marked mild, my wife thought it was a bit spicy but loved it and eat it all. I had the Huachinago Al Gusto (Red Snapper natural) with Diabla sauce. It comes with rice, a piece of bread and a salad. The picture shows it with fries but I didn't get any. I was okay with that as it was very filling and delicious! A musician came in and played some music on his guitar and sang, that added to the entire experience. If I lived here I'd be visiting here a lot.
