This outlet had home furnishings galore: sofas, patio sets, florals, candles, dish ware, appliances, bedding, and even a kids section! Not only were all of the items on sale, I came on a day when almost everything was marked an additional percentage off...as much as 60% off. I didn't really need anything per say, but if I was not limited the trunk space in the back of my car I might have come home with a brand new bedroom set. One of the first things I saw for my step-sister is a Hello Kitty box set. Not a bad way of mending an old wound between two people. I saw a nice cup/bowel for my sister. My wife found a to do organizer for her as well. A number of different items were picked up here and it completed 80 percent of what we needed in one store. These were living room chairs and probably sat on fewer than ten times total. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not wear and tear. When I contacted customer service, they dismissed the issue simply because it was over two years old and offered no solution at all. For furniture at this price, a three-year lifespan is unacceptable. Between the poor durability and the lack of support, I wouldn't recommend Crate & Barrel furniture.
