The store itself is always super clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a great range of options for whatever you might need. Bonus points for parking too even though it's street parking only, I've never had trouble finding a spot! That said, I did run into an issue when I came in to have a key fob copied. Unfortunately, not only was the fob unable to be duplicated, but it was also accidentally deactivated during the process. Since it happened on a Friday evening, I wasn't able to reach my apartment management for a replacement, and ended up being without access for over two weeks. Despite that frustrating experience, I want to emphasize how great the team is overall. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind and helpful, and I truly enjoy shopping at this location.
