The answer is ... nowhere but California Fish Grill! Their menu is super varied so it is one of the few fast casual places that our entire family can enjoy. Husband goes for the protein bowls, kiddos go for the battered fish / chicken tenders, and I love the grilled rockfish, cauliflower mash, and extra crispy/seasoned fries. We took our in laws here and they loved it so much that they ended up going back the next day by themselves. Service is super friendly as well. Cooked well Salmon- also cooked well and seasoned well Grilled chicken tender- a little dry. Under-seasoned but was good with their sauces/ dressings Cajun Shrimp- cooked well not rubbery or overcooked. Seasoned well Cajun Fish- seems to be swai in Cajun seasoning. Yum. Brussels sprouts- my favorite!! Flavorful Fire roasted corn- second favorite. Tasted buttery Diced zucchini and rosemary- cooked well but rosemary heavy- rosemary is my least favorite herb lol Fries were underwhelming but I know they were probably sitting in the catering tray for some time Cauliflower rice- delicious!! Wouldn't miss rice at all Rice- fluffy and yum Cajun sauce- salty Greed goddess sauce- delicious. Tasted like some herby mayo

Parking can be tight at this plaza. Active construction and lots of 10 minute spaces be sure to read the signs and park where appropriate. Crab boil bags is what led us here! We browsed the menu before hand and they had me at custom! We were not limited to preselected items! And you can get boils with smaller amounts 1/2 pounds which you don't find at many crab boil places. Perfect for those who can't eat much or smaller appetite even as leftovers. I decided on the half pound headless shrimp, crab legs (my favorite!) and a lobster tail! We also got a bigger boil with a pound of head on shrimp, king crab legs, pound of scallops and some BBQ wings on the side. We tried the combo sauce "Crazy special" a mix of Cajun, garlic, and lemon pepper. Boils come with corn, potatoes, and sausage! There was so much food!!!! The wings came out hot, saucy, and still crispy with some house ranch on the side. Then came the boils. Just look at them!!!!!!! The seafood with fresh with actual garlic, fresh parsley, and saucy. Sauce was buttery, garlic was plentiful, good lemon pepper taste. Cajun was present but not strong. But the buttery goodness pooled at the bottom of our pans. Perfect for ensuring all bites were saucy bites. Rez stopped by to make sure we were good during our meal. We received snow crab instead of King on our big boil. Rez acknowledged the mistake and immediately made it right, no fuss, no making us feel bad, not even taking the incorrect legs back. Just phenomenal service and showing care for his customers. It was a meal well enjoyed in a good atmosphere. We saw several groups and families dining while we were there. Its a place you feel welcome, not rushed, and want to visit again! And we will! Of course we couldn't finish! And wrapped up leftovers to go! Also there's an all you can eat special $59.99/person. Definitely worth it for those who can put away some seafood! And last thing- there's a hand washing station outside of the at back of restaurant prior to restroom area so you can freshen before and after eating and not need to go inside the restroom. Thank you for this!!!!!

A dozen crabs was pretty good for the most part, but you would think the presentation for $20 calamari and crab dip would be better than that of a high school lunch. Anything more than a dozen crabs is likely not going to be good. Going here is like going to an alternative universe where you are no longer in Fairfax. For a dozen crabs, crab dip, calamari served in a tin plate, 2 crab cakes, chicken tenders, a cold & sad lobster roll, hush puppies, and two corn on the cobs, we left paying $400. Do with that what you will.
