This place was terrible. Called in an order and was told it was going to be a 20 min wait. Got there a little later than 20 mins and I ended up waiting an hour for my order for chicken and steak tacos. The girls that rang me out were standing and talking the whole time while rolling their eyes. Cute. Not worth the wait and rude customer service. If you are looking for juicy flavorful chicken this is the place to go. Before coming to this place I did not know what juicy chicken was. This is really the best chicken I have had and it is cheap. You can easily feed a family of four with an order of a full chicken (comes with 2 sides). The sides aren't anything special, to me they're just the typical cheap sides like the ones served at KFC (except Mexican food sides). They have an option of rice, beans, mac n cheese, or mashed potatoes (not sure if they do the guac as a side anymore). All good but nothing special about them. Can you say best bang for your.... cluck?! HA I crack myself up... but seriously the grilled chicken family meal, as others have gushed, is such a good deal! And it's really good chicken too. My daughters and I came here after doing some errands and got the 12 piece to go. My 5 year old would not stop eating it when we got home. I'm not sure if she was just that starved (what a great mom) or she had never experienced chicken cooked that well (again, such a great mom). I have been a customer since day 1 but lately their service is not the same. A month ago, I ordered food to go and the chicken was burned. After trying to reach the owner for 3 days, all he said was he would check with his staff, there was no apology at all. Last night, we decided to give them another chance and ordered a chicken meal with beans and rice to go. The beans were spoiled! My kids had already eaten most of it, I was so furious this place has spoiled food. They could get food poisoning! I threw away the food and was so nauseas after, the smell and taste of the beans was horrible. I called the restaurant and the lady said the owner was not there. I did explain the issue but no ownership, apology or anything was said. They lost my business forever. read more

First time ordering here, called for pick up at 840, they closed at 9pm. Got to their door at 901pm. They decided to not open their door, saw the girls cleaning, and when they decided to ignore me at the door I have them call. The girl that answered the phone scolded me that I had to be here by 9pm. Then she gave the phone to someone else, who told me they only had one chicken left. This place lack of customer service has cost them this first time customer and future purchases. I also, got called a liar since she claimed I was told to be here by 855..I understand working in the food industry how annoying it is when customers go in at last minute, but this was a pick up order that was never made. read more

A hole in the walls style restaurant. You must try the chicken just so you can tell your friends to try it as well. Try the quarter leg chicken meal combo and add the beans as a side. The salsa is ok but the star of the dish is the chicken which is moist and greatly seasoned. We carry out from this place quite often. The larger family meal includes 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides and 2 packages of tortillas for only $21. Aside from the great price, the food is authentic and tasty. Chicken has great flavor and is very juicy...even the white meat! Our favorite sides are the beans and rice. (Don't bother with the mac-n-cheese.) There is also a small salsa station so you can take a variety of homemade salsas. read more

The chicken is great. They do cut it across bone which is not what I prefer. The beans are noteworthy. We were there and they didn't have A/C on and it was really hot for dining in. The steak tacos weren't as good. The meat was overcooked and crispy. Overall it's a lot of food for the price. They have a self serve salsa bar also. read more

This place is awesome. We placed a large catering order for a birthday party and I was an hour late to pick up the food, so they had to sell the chicken so it wouldn't get cold/go to waste. No problem! They have so much of their tender and delicious chicken being cooked all the time they were able to redo the order in like 5 minutes. Their food is pretty good but the service is horrible. I walked in for lunch and they only have 2/4 sauces available. They also told me it would be 15 minutes for 3 chicken tacos. I was the only customer in the building. I had to repeat my 3 taco no onion order 3 times to the lady. She kept saying 1 no onion 2 okay as I replied all 3 NO ONION. It was quite frustrating. I'm not sure I will visit again. This was my 3rd time here, not sure the aggravation is worth it. I'll look for another place to visit. read more

So I finally got to try this place and I was so excited and it was awesome except for the fact that it's super super dirty. Now mind you I went in at around 3pm and it was dead only one family sitting at a table and the place was torn up. Food all over the floor, the salsa bar had salsa spilled and dry meaning it sat forever like that.also flys all over the place and it's fall so thy shouldn't be lol. This place was ok until 3/07/15. I went there and ordered one chicken with three sides of rice and beans. When I got home, I was serving to my kids when my wife said that the beans were expired and stinking. I tasted it and it was bad. We called them but whoever answered the phone said that the manager wasn't there. This place is not ok to me any more.
