Great food and amazing prices. The chicharon was what drew me to this place however everything else was just as good. Their sancocho soup was another highlight. The parking is limited though so during peak time it could get tricky.

Pickled carrots so good a must try

Very good place to eat some of Miamis chicharrón for sure so fresh and delicious food wow a very good selection to choose from drinks n outdoor sitting very family friendly place to enjoy your food and their staff is amazing super nice and friendly people I really enjoyed and loved coming here can't wait to come back and enjoy some more food so good and prices are super good too. So if your looking for a good price and place to eat fresh chicharrón come and check them out you won't regret coming here I promise

The very expensive $16 a pound chicharron, but it is delicious!

I wanted this to be an awesome rating because I've heard nothing but great things about this spot. Coming here myself today for the first time was not completely a negative experience but I walked out of there with a $70 bill that I thought was a bit pricey. Especially the chicharron, if you're going to charge $16 a pound at least include some lemon slices or something in there to make the price not waste so much. Other than that, the place is in a great location that decore is super attractive, the staff is super friendly, alex, is super cute, but one more thing, it's kind of hot in there and I know it's a small space and Foods being sold but pump up that air conditioner cuz a lot of us were sweating on that line and complaining about the Heat!

So the chicharrones are fantastic! Actually, everything we ordered was delicious. We had arroz con gandules,(pigeon peas and rice), rabo encendido (oxtails). It was all finger lickin good. The building lends itself to the ambiance. You're in line as if you're waiting to get on a ride at Disney. Someone comes over and passes out little morsels of deliciousness in the form of fried pork skins(chicharrones) just to tease you. When the pork is ready, they bring out a bull horn and announce it that way. The entire line breaks out in a grand cheer. Awesome! Prices are pretty decent for the amount of food that we got. Most definitely a go to spot for Dominican food!

It pretty busy, but worth the wait!

I have been there a few times now, the Chicharrones are that good. I visited with some friends this time and was able to get a table. The staff works very hard to take care of the long lines and give everyone the attention they need. Food is excellent, and you have quite the large selection. Parking remains challenging, but that's due to the popularity of the place. Highly recommended it if you like Chicharrones or latin food in general.

    So many options!!!!!

The atmosphere is so exciting and the people are extremely nice to you and genuinely so humble!!! The FOOD OMG!!!!! AMAZING AMAZING AND I SAY AGAIN AMAZING!! Everyone wants chicharrones and it was so worth the wait. (I understand the hype) The arroz con gandules so delicious and my husband had Chivo. I tried it and it was so tender and juicy and delicious! I am DEFINITELY COMING BACK!!!! The food was soooo good I forgot to take pictures of my food hahaha !

Passing out chicken samples while customers wait in line

What an amazing place! I came to try this place with my husband, and we had a great experience. The line was literally out the door, but we were patient to wait for food and chicharrones. There's a separate faster line just for regular food only. The vibes are great and cheery in there. Every time they take out chicharrones and it's someone's first time, they do a loud cheer! The staff are very friendly, attentive upbeat and happy! One of the staff members passed out fried chicken samples to everyone waiting in the line. It was a nice treat and gesture. The food was delicious and fresh. They give large portions so we were able to buy one meal and split it between us. The chicharrones were FIRE...yes believe the hype! So good. We also ordered a sancocho to go to eat later, and it was delicious as well. There's a wide selection of beverages as well. Prices are reasonable and affordable. We would like to taste the oxtail next time as the cooking time was over 1 hour wait when we were there. Parking is a bit challenging as there are limited spots and also street/grass parking. But no big deal. You can get food fast as the food is ready to be served and packed away... so this is good for a quick pick up when you already know what you want. The experience and food here is 10/10! We will definitely return here!

The food is so good one of my favorite places and the service is amazing but parking is horrible so get ready to find parking

I came across this restaurant on Instagram, and after scrolling through the comments, I decided I had to check it out for myself. The place was absolutely packed, and parking was a bit of a nightmare--I circled for several minutes and almost gave up. But with cars constantly pulling in, my curiosity won, and I knew I needed to see what the hype was about. Once I finally found a spot and walked in, the line was literally to the door. Even so, the staff's energy was incredible, and the line moved surprisingly fast. While waiting, they handed out samples of the chicharrones--and they were delicious. The food was displayed beautifully, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I went with white rice, red beans, and stewed chicken. I took my meal to go and dug in as soon as I got home. It absolutely lived up to the social media buzz--well‑seasoned, flavorful, and genuinely satisfying. Three things really make this place stand out: The food: delicious, fresh, and plenty of variety. The prices: extremely reasonable for the quality and portions. The staff: this was my first visit, and they left such a positive impression. They were upbeat, efficient, and created such a good vibe that the wait didn't feel like a wait at all. I'll definitely be back to try more dishes.

This place comes with a price tag. Every time I pass by the line is wrapped around the building and to my surprise they are all there waiting in line to get Dominican food. I actually thought there was like a nightclub in the back or something. Nope, just there for the food. Dropped in here for lunch and they have all kinds of homemade or "casera" food that you can think of! Sorry no chimi. Their specialty is Chicharron or fried pork chunks. Were they good ? Absolutely! Was it expensive hell?, yes! So just for reference you are able to order chicharron by the pound and they weigh it. aI believe it's $16 per pound so beware! You can definitely order less half a pound which I failed to do and I had more Chicharron that I can eat because I thought I was only supposed to order it by the pound. The food was fantastic not gonna take it away. It was empty during the lunch rush on a week day but a meal for two people came out to almost $45 but you definitely get large portions that will last you for lunch and dinner and then some. There's only a few seats for you to dine out front so I guess everyone just opt to take it to go now the queso Frito chefs kiss. The rice, pigeon, peas, phenomenal, baked, chicken, extra extraordinary, ordinary, and the prices. Outrageous places clean service is a little sketchy, but I guess that's just the Dominican sazon in the employees attitudes when you can't decide what you want with all their selections. All in all good place to stop by and get home well cooked food. #ThankMeLater.

Dominican Republic Food by the pound, type of place. Have driven by & always see a lot of people visiting the location. I was driving down the turnpike, when I saw this little restaurant had a billboard that said mention this billboard & receive a free beverage (I choosed pineapple soda drink) For lunch I selected, Ox tail stew, Pigeon peas, yuca, maduros, desert was a decent size tres leches. The unique star of this place is the Pork Chicharron, sold by the pound. Crazy crisp outer skin, with a thick underside w/ a fat layer down to pork meat lechon. Fast, friendly service, eat outside table or take to go.

One of the best spots for me to get latin food and their speciality chicharrones and they are amazing. The staff is fast and nice, only downside is parking.

    The warmer was empty.

Really great option that they had gluten-free pasta . Be aware on the menu it states to please give them an extra 15 minutes for cooking. Really loved the atmosphere and food was very good! Now, as far as service, I was a little upset once we received the bill. We kindly asked our server why there was a holiday service fee of $69.? She said that was part of the meal and we asked her to clarify, but she said she needed to call the manager. Denise, the manager who was there that night came over and at first when we asked again if this service charge was part of the servers tip, Denise answered that you can add on top of it, but she wasn't answering our question whether or not that $69 would be given to the server or not . ( this also was not mentioned to us when we booked the reservation ) Then all of a sudden our server came around again and told us no that the $69 would not be given to her, and then Denise looked at her and said yes, it will be. Didn't really understand this type of back-and-forth about the bill and whether or not the tip was already included . All they had to do was start off by saying yes the $69 is already part of the server tip and if we would like to, we can add additional if there was great service. Wish the staff would have been clear from the start instead of all the back-and-forth especially with a party of 7 where we already spent over $400 Hoping if we go back, that situation was just a one time issue
