The bread was soft, slightly sweet, and tasted incredibly fresh, perfect with a cup of coffee. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It's the kind of place that feels like home cooking rather than a typical restaurant. El ambiente es informal y acogedor, y el personal fue amable y atento. Es el tipo de lugar que se siente como comida casera más que un restaurante típico. The Pastor was so good!! it had the right combination of crispy edges and moist inside, with little bits of pineapple on perfect tortillas with onion and salsa. A-Maz-Ing! The Lengua taco was also super good and fresh. Can't wait for next weekend! Just an fyi, this taco truck is adjacent to the Wienerschnitzel on Sherman Way at Variel.
