We ordered pretzel sticks - these came out hot and buttery, served with a side of German style mustard and another of nacho style cheese. Super tasty! We also had the Monterey Chicken sandwich with tots - the tots were good but basic, the sandwich was good but a small critique if may: the chicken breast was cooked nicely but it was really thick making it tricky to eat without everything falling apart. Other than that, no complaints, it was a tasty sandwich! For anyone who hasn't been here, there is a good bit of parking and there is plenty of space both inside and outside making Off-ramp an excellent place for groups! The atmosphere feels tense, people are getting kicked out for no clear reason, and it's uncomfortable just being there. The leadership shows. Rude, unwelcoming, and clearly out of touch with the crowd that built this bar in the first place. Yes, it's technically a country bar -- and that was fine. What made it work was the balance. They used to blend in other genres, which kept the dance floor full and the crowd diverse. Now it's country-only, all night, no variation. There's nothing wrong with country, but stripping away the mix that made it successful feels like a lazy, tone-deaf decision driving away a lot of customers. This was never about 50 cents; it was about the poor attitude of the staff and the lack of basic customer service. I had only one drink and had been there a short time when I was asked to leave by security, a short, bald-headed man with tattoos, while my friends, who are white, were allowed to stay. This unequal treatment made me feel singled out and discriminated against, creating a deeply uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. Security Reflects the Business If this security guard is intended to represent the business, he is failing to uphold a professional and inclusive standard. Patrons should never feel judged, treated unfairly, or removed based on appearance, race, or ethnicity. Such behavior reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. Pattern of Biased Behavior After reviewing other customer experiences, it is evident that minorities have faced similar treatment at this location. This points to a pattern of biased behavior, not an isolated incident, which raises serious concerns for both patrons and management. Personal Consequences Because of this experience, my friends and I will not be returning, and we will not refer anyone else to Tip Top Too. I strongly urge management to immediately review security practices, implement proper training, and ensure that every guest is treated with fairness and respect. For Owners and Authorities I am posting this review not only to inform other patrons but also to bring attention to these concerning practices for regulatory and discrimination authorities in Washington.
