This week I had a breakfast torta with ham. It was excellent. Huge serving and very tasty, all aspects of it. Eggs, potatoes, cheese, old pueblo sauce, and your choice of ham, bacon, chorizo, or sausage. For $7.50. Great price. On Saturday, I had their French toast--$4.50! A food truck bargain. This would easily sell for twice its price at a brick and mortar restaurant. Chailah bread, citrus ricotta cheese, strawberries and honey butter. More like buttered warmed honey. Dusted with powdered sugar. Excellent! The French toast was perfectly soaked and perfectly cooked. See my photo of it. Like I said, it is a bargain! They even put in a real napkin because they know that the napkin that comes in pre-packaged plasticware is worthless. Thoughtful. Check out my photos of their menu, they offer much more. Daily special of 3 birria tacos, beans, and can of pop for $11. I recommend cash as they charge $1 fee for plastic. Check them out! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

This truck is owned by Dante's Fire's, Ken Foy…read more So first a story on how they came up with the name. Sam Fox of Fox Concept Restaurants (Wildflower, Blanco, Zinburger, Culinary Drop Out) told Ken Foy of Dante's Fire upon opening his Culinary Drop Out directly across the street that "I'm going to put you out of business so fast..." Not too kind nor professional of words to a fellow chef. Well, Dante's Fire is still open and going strong. So Chef Foy decides to do a food truck. So in a slap in the face to "Culinary Dropout," he names it "Culinary Graduate." I think that's funny. Lost some respect for Sam Fox. So, you look at this food truck's menu and you salivate at every item. The worst part of this truck is having to decide what you are going to order. Part of the problem is that the menu items are $10 a pop or more. Not cheap. I decided to go baseline and tried the Sexy Grilled Cheese. Delicious combination of flavors. My only disappointment was the way the bread was grilled. Uneven. Still had plenty of ungrilled white real estate. Not grilled to perfection as my former favorite food truck, Burgerrito (since moved to Tennesee), could do. That will be my bar of standard for grilled sandwiches forever. The garlic fries were good and I enjoyed them. I was disappointed that he was out of the tomato herb potato chips. I can't remember his name, but I sure enjoyed service from the employee. He was super friendly, passionate about the truck, and energetic. Follow them on Facebook for days of service and location. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. Birria Munchies Truck - A Total Hit…read more Birria Munchies Truck pulled up to my apartment complex on Tuesday, and let me tell you, the hype was real. They sold out fast, and when they came back on Thursday, I made sure I was first in line no way I was risking missing out twice. Their menu is incredibly easy to read, streamlined, and straight to the point: it's all about the birria. They keep the payment process simple too, cash or card, no drama, just efficiency. I ordered a birria taco and a mulita, which is basically a double-tortilla birria quesadilla situation, and both were absolute standouts. Prices are on point, especially for the quality. You can literally smell the birria before you even get close to the truck. The meat is juicy and seasoned perfectly; you can taste every layer of flavor. And the cheese? I'm convinced they're using Oaxaca cheese because it is incredibly rich and melts just right. I'm not sure where their permanent spot is, but if you ever see Birria Munchies Truck out in the wild, do yourself a favor and stop. This truck is absolutely worth chasing down. Thank you, Birria Munchies! See you next time you swing by

Service was amazing and food cooked to order. Let's start with the main event: the wings. These bad boys are big. Not your average, skimpy winglets--these are full, meaty, and satisfying with every bite. The skin is perfectly crispy, the kind that crunches just right and still locks in that juicy tenderness underneath. But what really sets them apart is the sauce. It's a "sweet heat" situation that hits all the right notes--just enough sugar to balance out the spice, and just enough spice to keep you coming back for more. It doesn't overpower; it enhances. On the side, don't sleep on the fries. These aren't frozen, run-of-the-mill throwaways--they're homemade, golden, and seasoned with care. You can taste the difference, and they round out the meal in the most satisfying way. Whether you're a wing connoisseur or just hungry for something legit, CP's Wings makes it worth the trip. Crispy, saucy, and seriously delicious.
