I opted for some shrimp to be added (8). They were cooked just right and seasoned well. The gnocchi were the rignt texture and a perfect vehicle for the Calabrian chili bacon jam. I didn't notice the nut brittle, though but I did notice shallots, so I'll have to try it again and see if those modifications stick.
