We eventually had to track down a manager/owner ourselves to address the issue. Instead of resolving it properly, we were offered a free beer and told our meal would be comped, but the final receipt still charged us in full. At that point, the damage had already been done and could have been handled much earlier. To make matters worse, the crawfish itself was gritty, and the bottom of the bowl appeared dirty, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned before cooking.
