Diamond, the first face I saw, was an absolute pleasure and made ordering easy and enjoyable. She explained every deal and promotion they offered so I took full advantage of it! The wings and tenders were FLAVOR PACKED , perfectly cooked and evenly coated in sauce. Also, the 2-for-1 daiquiris never hurt nobody. It's not overly lively but just the right amount with early 2000s music setting the tone. Super chill, great food, great energy, and even better service--yeah. This place is definitely worth coming back to. I'm particular when I visit places that serve seafood due to my allergy, but I had no complications whatsoever! Went to Swamp Kings with a few friends and had a really good time. The vibe was on point -- the music was so good we were all singing along like it was a playlist made just for us. Tried a new spot on Friday. You can smell the goodness from outside so you can imagine my excitement going in. They have a $4.99 a pound special so I ordered 5 pounds and a pound of shrimp. The crawfish were a nice size, good garlicky flavor, the heads were kinda too hard to bite and suck. Now the shrimp, I wish they threw them in the crawfish bowl instead of serving them in a platter in oily butter with very little garlic. The shrimp was good though just wish to have it in the bowl with the crawfish. The vibe was vibing with a lot of people however it was a lil warm in there. Service was 10/10. This restaurant is setup like fast casual. Cuisine is Cajun seafood. You order you food and drink at the counter. You are given a number and once it's ready your food is brought to the table. I ordered spicy crab and shrimp seafood boil and it was indeed spicy. If you don't love spicy definitely do mild. I enjoyed my food. I would recommend this place for a casual environment. On 6/10, I placed an order on Swamp Kingz website for 3 lbs of spicy crawfish and one sausage. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. The crawfish lacked spice and flavor--it was watery and bland, with most of the taste sitting in an overly salty juice. The sausage tasted old and flavorless, like it had been boiled multiple times. I called the restaurant to request at least a refund for the sausage. I was told I would have to physically bring it in. I explained that I ordered online and could not return in person. The staff member said there was nothing they could do and directed me to the website for a refund request. However, the website only allows you to leave a message--and no one ever responded. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Based on the poor quality of food and the complete lack of customer service, I will not be ordering online from Swamp Kingz again. read more

We were craving crawfish and this place was mentioned all over TikTok so we figured we would try it out. Their crawfish is normally $6.99 per pound but we came for their $5.99 special. We ordered 8lbs of crawfish, a combo platter, and a mango/pineapple slushy. It took about 25-30 minutes for everything to come out which is pretty long but totally worth it. The crawfish was flavorful. The combo was alright; the fish fillets were pretty small. The slushy tasted like any other slushy you would get at a tea shop. Place was clean. Customer service was 5/5. I would give this place a 4.5. I'd recommend coming here for crawfish. read more

Happy to report my 2nd visit was just as yummy! Service was good, once again greeted as soon as we walked in and the guy working this time was great about telling us about all the deals. My dad ordered some fried rice(very yummy) and my sister got fried oysters. I'm not much of an oyster person but these I really enjoyed! Fries as one of their sides were nice and crispy. We made the 45 minute drive during prime traffic to try this place out. Service was very good and the cashier at the counter had no problem answering any questions or repeating things. The crawfish was good! I would rate it a 4/5 if you like the saltier, more cajun style crawfish versus the sweeter flavors that come with viet-cajun style. Boudin balls were good, nice and crispy. Their daiquiris are nothing special very typical of other places (but the long island one is the best imo). Overall the ambiance was very casual with plenty of tv's and bar seating. This place is counter service and requires you to pay first, normally I don't like that but it wasn't an issue since reviews were good. Menu had alot of options but we mainly wanted crawfish. Ordered 3lbs garlic butter with some fried fish and shrimp. Sat at the bar, ordered some drinks and waited on our food. Food came out on a timely manner, fried food was ok. I was more excited to try the crawfish. Once we got our crawfish, I was disappointed right away. Not only was it not cleaned, it was pure salt flavor with garlic bits. This review is based off my last experience with Swamp Kingz. On my birthday, my best friend came here to get crawfish. For the past 3 years, I frequently come here for their crawfish, shrimp etc. At my last time coming here, mid way through our meal, we see not 1, not 2 but 3 roaches!!!! They all came from either the seat, behind the tv & on the floor. You prepay for your for so I asked to speak with a manager and their was no manager on duty so they asked me to leave my name and number and that someone would call me back the next day. I waited 3 days, no call, so I called again. I spoke with the same person and again, there was no manager on duty and I had to leave my name and number and was told someone would call me back. This went on for a month where no one calls me and I have to call them. Finally, I called, spoke with a manager and was asked to text a picture of mine and my best friends receipt and we would be refunded. They also requested a picture of the roaches. I did that. I waited. No refund. I messaged the manager for an update and now after a week of waiting, they are asking me to wait and speak with them again tomorrow. Enough is enough. Keep the money. I opted with everything it comes with and spicy fried rice. I received my order and thought it was missing a sauce, but comes to find out you had to order the sauce.
