All the tables are places in France.

Myself and my buddy were sick of listening to our mutual friend and Greystones local rave about this place... so we both decided to pop in and give it a bash while out for a lovely Wicklow walk. It was a sunny Monday evening when we walked in, soft French music playing, candles lit every table full with punters of all ages, from 8 to 80 - my immediately thought what a perfect date venue. I would have sampled the wine just to insure this had I not been driving. After chatting to our waitress we eventually copped on that she was actually the owner, her and her partner, a busy looking chef flipping crepes out the back, had just opened this place. I started with the goats' cheese gallette while my mate went for a hearty looking pancake with cheese, egg and Superquinn sausage. I renamed it the breakfast of champions. Or champignons had it contained mushrooms. :-P I had been vehemently instructed to try the sauces, so after a coffee/cider breather, we split a sweet crepe. Dear god it was amazing. I had to stop myself from licking the plate. For a hearty sit-in well cooked meal, the overall cost didn't break the bank, and we both left one belt notch wider, and vowing to come back the next time we venutred this far South.

A bit pricey but still worth it. Delicious home made crêpe, savory and sweet and a cool locality

I have too many good things to say about this place, so I'll try and limit myself to a reasonable…read morelength. Long story short, I was on a trip to Portugal and Spain with my boyfriend (first time in Europe for both of us), and we decided to take a 7 hour layover in Dublin (because why not!). We have an unofficial mission to try ice cream in every new state/country we travel to, so when we saw Scoop, we decided to go for it even though it was still early morning. They hadn't set up the ice cream in the display yet since it was so early, but the guy helping us (more about him later) told us the range of flavors they had, and we decided to go for Cream and Pistachio. To say the ice cream was good would be an understatement, and I hesitate to say this because it's a bold statement, but this may have been the best ice cream/flavor combination I've ever had! The pistachio was complex, delightfully nutty, and didn't have any of that artificial pistachio flavoring that is unfortunately too common, and the cream was light, refreshing, and a perfect complement to the nuttier flavors of the pistachio. Ugh, I was in ice cream heaven. If I'm ever in Dublin again, this will probably be stop #1 (plus, it's the first place I officially visited in Europe so it'll always have a special place in my heart). Top off the amazing ice cream with even more amazing service. I really wish I remembered his name because he deserves all the credit in the world, but the guy behind the register was so personable, patient, and polite! Not to mention, he gave us a free latte to welcome us to Dublin. We ran into the owner (?) as well during the visit, who was also very warm and welcoming. I noticed that this location is currently unclaimed, but owners - if you ever see this review, open a location in the US please :D And thanks again for your amazing ice cream and hospitality!

The…read moredesign from outside brought me in - couldn't just walk away from it Amazing atmosphere and really polite staff- she let me try about 4 different ice cream before I decided which one I should get. I have a sweet tooth, so I went with Snickers ice cream and my husband with Oreo . They are both tasty, not really sweet (which is good); you can see big pieces of nuts, caramel or cookies. They also have crepes, waffles, milkshakes and other yumm things. Price is okay - i guess like everywhere €3,50 for 1 scoop(with regular cone) €4,80 -2 scoops -and so on - you can see almost all prices on my photo!

The potato cakes were ok but the avocado served on top was not all the way ripe and therefore a little hard and not very flavorful. My Greek beleni was ok too It was spongy in texture which is to be expected. It didn't have a ton of filling. Everything here was just a little bland. Well cooked and priced appropriately.

Holy. Shit. I rarely…read morecurse but finding this gluten free goldmine of glorious pancakes was like a blessing of the saints. The portion sizes kind of seem small but that could be because my girlfriend and I split everything and it was basically a couple of bites from each other's dishes. We got the blueberry lemon pancakes, and a meat dish for the needed protein, so one savory and one sweet, the way breakfast is meant to be worshipped and devoured simultaneously. Beautiful, small place that gets packed very quickly. Interestingly enough I thought it was a French bistro, but I believe the owners hail from Ukraine as that is the country flag that was hung outside the shape if my world history learnings are correct. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and would come back in a New York minute if I get the chance to visit Dublin again. As always people SYOY!!!
