Really hit the spot. I cannot say I ever enjoyed a true authentic cubano sandwich so this will have to be the one that sets the bar. I enjoyed the overall flavor of the meat, the texture of the bread, and really enjoyed the yucca fries that were perfectly fried. I would definitely return and maybe learn to speak Spanish as that was the only barrier that maybe stopped a better food journey because I had a hard time explaining what I wanted instead of fries and that is how I ended up with yucca fries. La comida estuvo lista en 5 minutos, estaba tibia ni caliente. Ya cuando vas por la mitad se puso fria porque es calentada. Parece que tienen la comida ahy y lo único que hacen es calentarla. La peor comida cubana que hemos probado. $60 gastados por gusto. Pedimos ropa vieja con arroz blanco y el frijol " el frijol cuesta $5" y el plato $18. Todo es exacto, parece que esta medido. Poquita comida y muy cara. Y ni me preguntes del fricase de pollo que pedi $17. Era un mulo contramulo y un pure de tomate por arriba, no tenia papa. Dejame terminar el review aqui porque si sigo. The music was great, just a bit too loud for being able to converse with the group. The setting was a comfortable one with plenty of space and air about the place (we were a party of 12)! The children's chicken nuggets was a hefty serving, so my kiddo was a happy one! This kids meal was over $10 and DOES not include a drink, a bit steep in pricing. The Bistec de Cerdo plate was ordered which came with a salad and white rice (they were out of the dark rice with black beans). It was DELISH, and I sooooo added a light splash of the vinegar available on the table. My husband enjoyed his Cuban Sandwich. Be prepared to not have access to fountain drinks, tea, or ice. Literally a restaurant in the middle of a suspicious neighborhood. I went there because it was the only Cuban place within 50 miles of Midland. The place looked run down & the service was mediocre. The food was typical, I wish they had toasted the bread a little more. I felt like everyone was staring at me because I stuck out like a sore thumb, the lady was surprised I spoke spanish. I wouldn't come back here. I guess i'll wait for another cuban place to open. read more

This place seems to be in a less than great area of town, and was closed when we arrived after driving out of our way to get Cuban food,

The music was incredibly loud, and they didn't even have tea!!! I got the sandwich Cubano and it was very good. Probably won't go again.

Stopped here one evening for an over night stay. The Cubans sandwich and service were excellent. I would recommend this establishment.
