I scheduled an appt yesterday but there was a "mix up" in the schedule so within the hour of my appt they had to reschedule me for the today instead. Inconvenient for sure. Thankfully my day was open today or I would have been a lot more upset. I was out with Madison for a simple toning and it was Mediocre work for steep pricing and poor communication from the salon. I gave them 3 stars instead of 2 or 1 because I was able to get in today and the job was decent. I called on a Sunday weekend to leave a message asking for an appointment for a wash and blow-dry for the following Saturday. Since it was a holiday weekend, I wasn't expecting anyone to get back to me for at least a day or so. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call and a text from the salon confirming the day and time I had requested to come in. Besides being super-friendly, Natasha did a fabulous job and gave me the exact style I wanted. Not to mention how quick and efficient she was-I left the salon in about 30 minutes with yummy hair! Took my business elsewhere (Alkali salon) because this place made my hair brassy and entirely different color from the one I requested and when I told the hairdresser, she basically just dismissed what I said and when i emailed the owner about it, she just said she'd get back to me later and never did. Save your dollars and go somewhere where they actually care about your business. The first pic was what i asked for and the second was how she did it. I went to Natasha at La de da salon's asked her if she could do my hair like the picture of J Lo she stated she could .she did my hair halfway through she started another client rushed the next 20 minutes then took out the foil and I had a lot of breakage from overprocessing my hair from when she left me to go do somebody else's hair .I was sitting there in the chair waiting for her to finish blowdry and style my hair but I noticed that my hair was white with orange she still charged me for a blow dry and style that she did not do she also did not make my hair light brown with blonde highlights she made it white with copper penny color hair I'm so devastated I literally hate my hair when I told her to choke on the money and I hope her business falls she said oh wow and hung up on me when we called today to see what she used on my hair so I could fix it she said that I'm not welcome in her shop and good luck and proceeded to hang up on the person I asked to call her and speak with her .Natasha is very rude and unprofessional. read more

Hi highly recommended Natasha and La De Da Salon for your next hair appointment. I have long thick hair and I went in with blonde with reddish balayage and ombré color. I am very picky how I like my hair colored and cut, I don't trust easily, but Natasha was highly recommended by people I do trust. I was lucky enough to get an appointment, and it would be with Natalie. I love everything she did. After growing out my hair for about a year not doing anything to it, I finally decided I needed a change and trusted Natasha to keep me in trend so I decided do either balayage or ombre. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement! I came to her end of August and she did such a horrible job. She asked me to come back a week later so she can rectify it, well stupid me, I gave her another chance. It's now October and I am still not happy with the way she damaged my hair, I have a lot of breakage and the demarcation is still pretty obvious. Feel free to look at the photo. I will never go back to this salon anymore, I felt that Natasha experimented on my hair by using those paper strips the first time, she said she is not used to those so she used foil on me the second time. Please spare yourself the anguish and stay away from this salon if you're thinking of doing a major process for your hair. ***In response to the owner's comment below. Yes, I gave her 5 stars on my initial review when I had a blowout done, she washed, deep conditioned and curled my hair with a curling iron. 5 stars for styling yes, but wow, I didn't realize her arsenal of skills does not include ombre or balyage! So yes, 5 stars for using a curling iron on my hair but 0 star if possible for the horrible coloring job that was done! Missed appointments? Seriously? That's your defense tactic? First of all, there were no other appointments made, after you "rectified" my hair situation. I received a text days ago reminding me that I should set an appointment soon for keratin treatment, to which I never responded. Second, after a terrible crime has been done to your mane, would you still go back? I made the mistake of coming back so that the mistake can be "corrected." Huge error on my part, all because I believed in second chances. I am disappointed that the business owner had to resort to lies about missed appointments to avoid addressing the real impetus behind this review - the terrible coloring job she did on my hair. I really wanted to like this salon since the ladies that work here are really sweet. I've been coming to this salon for about 2 years, solely for haircuts. I decided to try out balayage for the first time, and entrusted my hairstylist Madison who assured me it would look awesome. I have really dark brown hair and wanted a soft, subtle balayage look. When she was done with my hair, it was so blonde and dramatic (nothing like the photo I showed as an example). She kept saying how awesome the color turned out and my appointment ended since she had another client right after me. I couldn't get over how much I didn't like the way it turned out so I texted her my concerns a few days later. She said she felt the same way and was waiting for me to speak up. I came in for a toner which brought the color down a bit, but she said she couldn't blow dry my hair or else she'd charge me extra for that since the toner was free. First off- I was a little taken aback that she wasn't honest with my hair the first time around. And the fact that she didn't at least blow dry the front pieces of my hair after fixing it didn't give me the chance to see how my hair turned out. I just lost my trust with her right then and there. I ended up coming back a week later for the Keratin treatment since I was returning to work soon and wanted more manageable/easy hair. I have thick, naturally curly/wavy hair and have always loved getting the Brazilian blowouts - I just love the way it air dried more relaxed. My hairstylist kept recommending the keratin treatment so I just went for it, expecting the same results. The entire process took less than 45 minutes, which was a little surprising. I followed her post care instructions to the T yet after washing my hair after a week, it air dried the same as before - wavy and curly. I texted her yet again where she said that air drying doesn't do anything and that the I'd need to blow dry my hair for the keratin to work. I'm just confused as to why she recommended keratin vs Brazilian when she knew the history of my hair. I relayed the same info to my new salon and they were also confused as to which treatment I was given as the process should've taken much longer and my hair would've air dried smoother and straighter. I'm honestly just pissed at myself for blowing so much money at this salon. I really wanted to refrain from writing this review but it's been a month later since my last visit and I'm still annoyed at how much I've spent here. read more

Love this Salon! I get my hair done by Madison and always leave happy with the way that things turn out! She is a master with color and just knows what works with you. I never would have thought to get my hair toned to get rid of the dullness from sun damage, but when she suggests something I know that I can trust her opinion and it turned out better that I could have imagined! I am also very particular about the length of my hair and the way that it's cut, and without fail she is able to keep it a good length while getting back to a point where it's healthy again. I wouldn't go to anyone else! 10/10 recommend. read more
