I just personally had a bad experience with the cut itself. I felt like maybe it was uneven before leaving, but it wasn't fixed so I assumed it was just dried weird. I would have given 10 stars if I could. 5 for my cut and 5 for customer service and my experience. I got a buzz cut before pandemic and was growing that while cutting it by myself some times. My hair was a disaster and it needed a hero to save it. Honestly my hair was so bad and uneven I didn't expect anything fancy out of a haircut. And here I am with my stylist uneven bob cut which by the way was Carmelle's smart idea. I think the pictures can say what a good job she did. I got a nice shampoo and conditioning. She uses warm towels. And she spend more than an hour on my cut and style all with a very reasonable price! The shampoo and style was included in the haircut. Carmelle is an amazing person. She is really professional and she has a great personality. I had great time there. It was like hanging out a friend. Other thing I loved about her is that instead of trying to sell me products ( which usually happens in other place by telling you what's wrong with your hair) she was honest and keep telling me how healthy and beautiful my hair is.
