Now a second time I go and they asked for my dogs weight, I said 18 and 21lbs. I had also gotten a few exotic treats that were not priced so I didn't think anything when I heard the total. When I got home and look at the receipt I noticed I was charged for 2 large dogs. Mind you we had to wash both dogs in the same tub at the same time. Their normal groomer doesn't even charge them as large dogs because they are not. So I guess I'm just confused on the pricing because a 21lb cockapoo is BARELY a medium sized dog... so I guess great for treats bad for self washing.

My dog, NalI, is always very nervous when she's dropped off at daycare. The staff at the Animal Tender were so kind, understanding, and took great care of her. We got updates about how Nali was doing after we left and I know she had a blast. Juliana, specifically, was so good and gentle with Nali. His tech hurt my dog and now my dog is terrified and won't go back because of his fear of them. No apologies, offers, consolations or considerations to keep us he just dismissed us like we were nothing to him. He literally couldn't care less. I've been bringing Harly in for a couple years and then they did this like it was just business as usual so I told him I was done with his horrible practice. I've had issues with him before over the $70 exam fee that he spent doing for less than two minutes to tell me yep he's okay all for $70. I'm telling you these people will hurt your dog and then act like it was yours or the dog's fault!
