In the beginning stages of taking my dog to this place of play and boarding, I thought it was great. For the past 2 years, all I heard is that he's getting old and should be gone. One would never think this about their own animal. I used this place for my last time on June 25th, 2024. I never knew it would be my babies last. He died the following morning. So I had to go get my boys' leash and collar. The first thing said from the Mgr was how is he, I said Dead. I was quite upset and said I can't believe you waited until yesterday to tell me, and I left him in a happy mood."" The Mgr kept trying to get me out of the office, not having it I stayed. So he then kept proceeding to say every time you left him to go play "I would laugh because I would stick him in a crate." I said what? Love this place! I've been taking my dog here for vacation boarding. He gets lots of play time and socializing. My only complaint is when I picked him up early, and he was wet from water play. I communicated and it hasn't been a problem since. read more

Amazing staff with extreme attention to detail on what my dogs diet/supplements and medication needs are. Their whole staff is super kind and definitely have a passion for the animals they're tending to. I strongly recommend bringing your dog or cat there for your out of town stays or even just to tire them out for the day, our pup always comes home super worn out and tired from all of the playing with other dogs. 10/10 read more

We had our fur baby stay here for a week. It was her first time being boarded, I feel like it went well. The first couple of nights were kinda rough only because we were so busy and by the time we wanted to check in on our baby they were closed. We called on her third day and asked if they could send us updates when they can, and they did. Shout out to Emily & Alyssa for sending videos, pictures & updates on our baby girl. BEWARE!!! I'm visiting from out of town. Brought my 7lb yorkie this morning to this facility for some company while I played golf. My little guy was in a room with other small dogs when I left, when I returned, I found out they had isolated him. Upon further questioning, they told me he wasn't really by himself, he was in a room with another "unvaccinated" dog. I gave them my vaccination information and my vet's phone number and filled out their rather lengthy questionnaire. No one called me, or my vet, to say my dog didn't meet their criteria. It appears that he was not given any food or water. If you are from out of town, do not use these people!!!! read more

My family has had two terrible experiences with this facility. I feel awful because I recommended them because I thought they looked like a nice facility when I dropped my dog off for grooming but the boarding didn't go very well. Not very organized and they were confrontational when they mixed up our dogs meds with someone else and gave us their meds to take home. definitely won't be recommending or going back read more

I had the opportunity to use this facility while I was visiting family. The staff were "out of this world" fantastic with my dog - Olive. The facility was clean and well run. It's apparent that a lot of people use this organization for either overnight or day stays. Again, the staff does an excellent job managing the volume and making you and your fur baby feel that you're getting individual attention. I took my Pitbull here for a week while I was out of town. When I came back to get her. She had burnt red paws, a scab on her left leg, and Kennel cough. It appears that don't check to see if other dogs are vaccinated. Also they lost my dog records and were very unorganized. Don't bring your dog here. If you try and call them while your gone they will not answer unless you call multiple times!!! read more

Both my dogs love this place. I have a 15 year old senior dog and a 4 year old extremely anxious dog. All of the employees know exactly how to handle them and they do great! The more I bring my dogs the more comfortable they get. It's with some sadness that I am leaving this review, but think it's important that others are aware of my experience. I have used Bed N Biscuits off and on for daycare and been generally pleased, but about two weeks ago I left my happy, healthy, 3.5 year old Aussie mix, named Bowie, for two nights of boarding. Upon returning home, he licked his paws for four days and barely moved, which is the furthest from his normal behavior you could imagine. It's never taken him that long to recover from boarding. Now, I will admit that he is extremely social and hyper and will play every second possible if other dogs are around, so part of his fatigue is due to his nature and I admit it can be hard to manage, but I still feel that the dog care establishment needs to protect the animals they are supervising from themselves. That being said, this is not even the main source of my complaint. I chose Bed N Biscuits over other facilities because they advertise that they have cameras and monitor the dogs during the night from a remote location, since no one is onsite until the next morning. As it turned out, Bowie climbed out of his pen during the night and then again over two subsequent fences and into the main lobby of the facility and wasn't found until the next morning. Obviously, this begs the question why wasn't anyone aware that he was doing this if they have someone monitoring cameras. What if Bowie had gotten hung up in the fence during his climb or descent and either injured himself or worse yet was left hanging the entire night in the fencing (the overnight quarters are standard metal mesh fencing), which at worst could have killed him? They did move him to a cage that had a top on it the next night, but it doesn't address why no one was aware of this, if they were monitoring cameras. And even more annoying is that I went back and spoke to employees and expressed my concerns and politely asked that the manager call me to discuss the circumstances, which I was promised would happen. That was almost two weeks ago and I have still not received a phone call. Aside from Bowie being excessively fatigued and having very sore paws, my major concern is both that the cameras advertised to give you peace of mind clearly weren't effectively used, and that the management hasn't shown the concern or courtesy to even call me to address my frustrations and questions. Because of these factors, I can't in good consciousness give positive marks for Bed N Biscuits. Be aware if you are leaving your animal overnight that the promise of camera monitoring may very well be an empty one. read more

We took our dog in for a grooming appt at 8am on a Sunday. They called me at 10 to let me know that the groomer called in sick (2 hours later?!) and that I would need to come get my pup. We wrote that off since we've all called in sick before and scheduled for the next appt that fit our schedule, 3 weeks later. Got there at 8am today only to be told "sorry our weekend groomer actually quit." A phone call BEFORE bringing both dogs over and traumatizing them would have been nice since they clearly knew about it ahead of time. When we let them know this is twice the girl didn't give a rip. This place has gone WAY downhill since they first opened. We won't be back for boarding or grooming. We loved Bed n' Biscuits when they first opened but it seems they've gotten too big for their britches and they don't actually give a crap when they screw up. read more

I have to wonder if these people have a prejudice against pit bulls. Luckily I have never taken my babies to this place and I never will after what I learned today. My best friend has two beautiful pitbulls that are the sweetest dogs. They are hyper but not at all aggressive. I can say that with 100% certainty because her dogs play with my 6 pound maltese all the time and there has never been any problems. Her dogs are so gentle with him because they know he's smaller and they don't have a mean bone in their bodies. They have been boarded here before and after they got picked up there was a noticeable change in behavior. My friend didn't know what had happened but she decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt and call to get their side of the story today. Come to find out they labeled her dogs as aggressive and didn't let them out to play with the other dogs the entire time they were there. When my friend told them that is literally animal abuse to lock a dog up for days on end with no physical activity they became aggressive and toward her and copped a serious attitude. Extremely unprofessional. It leads me to wonder what else they are doing to these poor dogs behind closed doors. My friend told them she was going to write a review and they told her to go ahead and do it. Since they don't care and didn't want to try and rectify the situation I'm sure they won't mind a few more reviews by people who personally know these dogs and can say for a fact that they are not deserving of this mistreatment. I know you guys hire people with criminal backgrounds to give them a second chance at society and in general I think that's a good thing for the community but if this is how they treat animals maybe you should second guess your hiring strategy. read more

We came from San Diego to st George to visit family and decided to board our dog here at bed n biscuits. He was there for 4 days. When we picked him up he was completely covered in dog poop. The lady said he must of rubbed up against his neighbors cage which begs the question, why was his neighbors cage coverd in dog crap? He had diarrhea the whole day we picked him up and was extremely dehydrated! I'm not sure how much water he was given but he seems very week. I really wanted to like this place but Sadly we won't be back. read more

Booking my two dogs with them was a challenge because it took a week for them to answer the phone or return calls. Should have taken that as a sign. The last time I used them in early august they both contracted dog lice! Which was new for me in all the years of having dogs. It's been such a pain and expensive to get rid of (typically three months) and to make it worse because of recent family financial downfall we can't afford the expensive medication for it. I can't even get them to answer the phone or leave a message to inform them that they need to bleach their facility so hopefully someone there sees this. Now we can't travel for work or board the dogs until it's gone. Poor dogs are miserable. Never again. read more

They put the dogs out in a dirt play area and they are covered in dirt when they come in. It is filthy and unhealthy, luckily they forgot to give ours a bath when we went to pick him up we saw the condition he was in. Since the new ownership we have had grooming problems and boarding problems and we will never use them again. read more

Dr Moore has taken care of my dog for a few years now. His skill, caring and compassion never ceases to amaze me. He has been extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of my dog's care, I have recently moved back to Northern California and will have to search for a new vet which is a very daunting task not knowing who I can trust to care for my precious girl.
