Being my first time visiting this place I was exited, it was also the first restaurant of the kind that I visit, with a "fine dining" experience. As soon as I walked I felt of higher importance being in a place like this. The restaurants atmosphere felt amazing, really great ambiance for sure! As soon as I got to my table, waiters and servers ready to attend me and my party, so you from the moment I sat down, I felt really well taken care of. Now the burger you see in the photos, let me tell you, it's one of the THE BEST burgers I've had in RGV. Came here to celebrate, as we heard it was the best restaurant in town. The atmosphere was definitely an experience, with the dj and the tvs playing the music videos. It was like having dinner and being at the club at the same time. There is a lit up area by the restrooms, perfect for taking pictures. For an appetizer, make sure you try the doble m cheese crust. It was amazing. The cocktails are great, as is the service. If you dont want to go for meat, both fish entrees were excellent. read more

We had a group of 20 enjoy a work dinner here. It's leaning towards gaudy but that's how all of these restaurants in McAllen are. Large and extravagant dishes, sparklers for special occasions, loud music, massive TV screen, and bright lights fill the restaurant. The service was very friendly and we all enjoyed our meals. The food took quite awhile to arrive but the place was packed and our table was huge, so that was expected. The octopus appetizer was somewhat chewy and pairing it with guacamole was interesting. The tray of meat was impressive and they have some high quality options. My steak was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed the side of street corn. They come around with a dessert tray as well but the only thing we did was the huge cotton candy for a birthday at the table, which includes sparklers. First time here we reserved New Years Eve Dinner. The restaurant requires $100 to hold reservation for dinner and promises refund after the meal (only accepts cashapp or cash). After the meal, my husband and I had to call 3 times in order to finally receive refund (which we received about 3 days after). Definitely don't recommend these offers in the future. To add to the experience, they request a full list of the items individuals in the party will order, but once we arrived the waitress seemed lost (again asking us for our menu choices which had already been filled and submitted upon reservation). The four is us had a 3 course meal which did not meet expectations of the restaurant. To add, we had to continue reminding our waitress of menu items included in our course meal (to which she responded by offering the items late). Lastly I would like to add that staff was not friendly and only spoke Spanish (which made it hard to communicate). read more

The great: the ambience and food is amazing! Not to mention the hall to the bathroom is social media picture worthy. We had the rib-eye tacos with an array of spicy sauces that mixed perfectly depending on your heat tolerance. We also had the prime steak and let me tell you it was exquisite. Plating was nice and unique. Service was top notch. The good: the bar has a variety of drink options with lots of show depending on what you pick. Upon arrival they bring you these tasteful bread/biscuits which is a nice change from your typical chips and salsa option. The bad: we had an early dinner so avoided the crazy weekend crowds. A great place to for nice drinks and glamour atmosphere. Staff were friendly and welcoming. They have a pretty nice menu of food and appetizers. Tuna tartare crisp, Brussels sprouts and octopus was tasty and delicious. However main courses were pretty mehhhh. I ordered the slow cook beef rib...definitely way under seasoned...like I don't think there was any really. Had to use salsa and make tacos out of them to make them abit more tasteful. Dessert..,the cornbread one is Absolutely delicious!!! The Ferreira Rocher one was still super frozen and definitively wasn't tasty...overall it's expensive and not really worth a 2nd visit. read more

This is definitely not a place I expected in McAllen I'm from Houston traveling on business. I must say this place is very upscale the outside seems ok but the inside is very upscale music is going pretty loud but not loud enough to where to the point you have to yell very good service. Order brisket and it was smothered in BBQ sauce to the point my eyes burnt with the vinegar. Great Service and fun environment. I give food 3.5 out of 5. All meat was salty and my jalapeño chicken dish had no flavor and was not even spicy. The Capresse was good but didn't come with balsamic which they did have you just have to ask. Not worth the price. First of all, service is excellent and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The food however, leaves a little to be desired. We ordered 2 apps to start. The queso and the roasted beets. The beets were the best item we ate all night. Great roasted flavor with a mild Creme sauce. The queso was cold and had no flavor (no flavor seemed to be a recurring theme in many of the dishes). We ordered the salmon and risotto, a ribbon eye steak, the pork belly entree and the waygu burger. The 54.00 ribeye was thin, under seasoned (only with salt) and served with a side of fries. Horrible presentation...no garnish or anything. The burger was dry and although bacon is advertised on the description, no bacon was aavailable. The salmon and risotto was ok but again, very underseasoned and was almost all rice with very little mushroom other items in the risotto. pork belly was probably the best entree which I thought was interesting as it was made more In an asain inspired style. Dessert was just ok. But at the prices they are charging...we were expecting a lot more in terms of flavors. read more

So my bill was 650 for six people, a little over 100 dollars per person. The food was good, but some of it was cold, like mashed potatoes, and the bread, according to them, was made fresh, which was horrible. My biggest problem was the space. I was the seat in a busy area, and they were walking by my table all the time. So you will expect perfect service with so many people by your table, but it was not If you don't have bottle service, they will ignore you and not bring things or forget about you. As I said, I was in a busy area, and one of the servers dropped a plate on me, and a bone hit my head. So after bad service and adding getting dropped a plate on me for that price, I felt taking advantage of. I as to speak with the manager at the end and he said didn't know they drop a plate on me and I also tell him about how you can tell they have a preference for their clients. Environment was beautiful, the asthetic of the place is exceptional. The food was delicious the only thing we didn't like is that our Wagyu Ribeye was places in a himalaya salt board that made the food a little too salty. Other than that it had exquisite taste. I really recommend the Cucumber sour drink it's very smooth. Will be returning soon. read more
