Been here a few times, and the few times I've been there they were out of crêpes. Today the crepes were available. My daughter, my newborn and I were standing in line for 20 minutes. There were two employees making one thing. I was next and the man completely ignored me. He went to the next person and asked them what they would like to sample and what they would want. You would think that it's common sense to ask the NEXT person if they had been helped, especially when the baby is screaming. Nope, common sense is not so common. My daughter started whining, saying that it's not fair that we were next, he looks at us and continues to help other people. If someone were to come to me, and I was that other person, I would have spoken up and said she was next. But again, what is a mother with a newborn baby standing in front of me, nothing but a nuisance. I'm not ghetto enough to start a fight with someone over this. I get it mistakes can be made. But the fact that he knew we were next and didn't ask or say anything is whats more annoying. So I turned around and I left. I don't know if it was just the employees, but I think they need to train their people better. I have my own business, and I know what it is to run a business. The correct thing to do it would've been to ask who is next if you seem to like common sense and see the line. The dumb thing is to assume and choose someone, especially knowing how long it takes to make these crêpes and waffles. This is not a place where you get something fast. And that's another thing, unless you're getting gelato, you're gonna have to wait. They need to figure out a better way to make things faster or to hire more people. What is wrong with our society that is so self-centered, and never noticed other people. Here's a tip for the young people, if you notice a mother with a child, or with a stroller, maybe offer to let her go in front of you if you're not in a hurry. This has nothing to even do with the store anymore. I just notice a lack of any consideration for mothers with small children. Just people being nice to each other in general. I walk into the store and people see that I'm struggling to open the door with a stroller and they just walk ahead of you not even stop to hold the door. I don't expect help from anyone, but it's a really strange generation. I try to always be attentive to my surroundings and help anyway I can. read more

I'm a huge ice cream lover, but after trying this gelato, nothing else compares! The super dark flavor is absolutely incredible--rich, bold, and perfectly smooth. It's hands down the best ice cream I've ever had. Now, every other ice cream just pales in comparison. Special shoutout to Samir for his fantastic hospitality and exceptional customer service. ***AMAZING*** This is the Gelato place I have been to in California tbh!!! The service is amazing and taste is just perfect that makes it hard to pick a flavor because they're all tastyyy! I also tried their latte and espresso it was on point. I'd definitely recommend stopping by when you're at the mall or even close by because this is so worth it. Luis is the absolute best! This authentic gelato is made with all Italian ingredients and Italian machinery. The presentation is gorgeous and the gelato is amazing. Gelato is NOT just ice cream. The Lady in the front was really nice. Extremely helpful with the varieties of ice cream. There are a ton of flavors that you really don't see too often. My favorite being the tiramisu or the chocolate fudge. The gelato is smooth and creamy with a velvety texture. Would definitely recommend. read more

I've popped over here a couple of times on my lunch breaks at my store! I've tried a few of their gelatos, had their Belgian waffle and crepes as well. Both times I've gotten a waffle or crepe, the server does a great job with generous toppings and sweet presentation. read more
