Instead of breaking up all the concrete and replacing the main sewer line, he instead decided to shoot fiberglass liner, which saved me thousands of dollars. AMAZING company I contacted Hazelton Roooter & Plumbing because my water heater broke. Troy came the next day to do a walk through (note: done over a holiday weekend) He was very knowledgeable and explained all my options. I let him know that I wanted a tankless and to move it to the side of the house. He did exactly what I wanted. Water heater works great, and he finished the job in a day. Could not be happier. Plumber is friendly and respectful. He did a re-pipe of my house, replacing old galvanized with new copper piping. He also replaced my water heater. Every step of the way he explained what he was doing and instructed me on how to use the new equipment. Everything that was promised was done. Troy and his team are literally life savers. My hot water heater went out at the tail end of my family healing from COVID-19. He came in with a new unit, re-wired and made some draining adjustments and saved the day. It was so serious So-Cal Gas came out the day before and issued that I could not use the tank until it was replaced, so I was without hot water for two days! Literally, a couple of days later my garbage disposal went out and Troy was able to come back and make some recommendations to improve the buildout under my kitchen sink. My tenant called about the toilet overflowing. After another plumber snake the mainline, they tried to get me to do another cleanout to fix the problem. I quickly searched a FB group for a plumber and got Troy's name from another mutual friend. Thank Goodness I did! He tried to snake the drains, but also recommended a cleanout be installed. We agreed to the install. He snaked and found 3 hygiene products were clogging the line. The next day, the toilet and drains were backed up again! He immediately came over, snaked the new cleanout again and found more debris, but he also brought his camera and showed me the drain was cast iron and how he could see it was disintegrating and how it was going to continue to have blockages without a further repair. I reviewed my paperwork from a scope that was done 5 years prior and it absolutely concurred with Troy's assessment: cast iron pipes were disintegrating and could need repair in the future. Instead of chopping up the cement (additional expense), Troy suggested an alternative method that was less expensive and would allow the tenants to have the least amount of inconvenience (no water / can't use drains). We are extremely pleased with his predictive skills (bringing a camera to scope the drain), and his experience with the pipes age (cast iron for the area). I'll make it quick and simple. I needed my drain unclogged. No big deal. I called two other company's that said they would unclog your drain for cheap. You know the 99.00 dollars ones. Both wanted to change out the whole drain system. All I wanted was to get my kids drain running. Not spend my savings or finance a large amount. Found Troy here on yelp. He came down told me exactly what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. He fixed the drain issue and since I was so worried about my drain I had him camera the main line because I was told by the other companies of the major issues in my main drain line. He did.
