Asada huarache

Service was good, they were fast and friendly. The food was not what i expected for the price i paid. My huarache had more cabbage than meat.

Outstanding Mexican food truck! Everything was freshly made - even the tortillas. We got a few different tacos and the Huerrache. The Huerrache was so unique. It was flavorful, crispy, delicious. I've never had anything like it. The tacos were so good that we bought two more, just for the road. The chefs were also lovely people and made the experience even better. We will be back next time we're in town!

Oh didn't know salsa was $1 each. And I had to pay .50 per togo container?

The tacos were decent and the price per taco was acceptable. The unacceptable thing is the side of beans and rice. So a taco is $4.50 and a shot glass of beans or rice is $4.25? Look at the picture and you be the judge. That is $8.50 of rice and beans. Also you pay $1 per salsa and you pay .50 per togo box.

Quesa Birria - delicioso

This is THE SPOT. Insanely tasty food, great service, chill vibes off the main road. Everything we ate hit the spot. Salsas were nice and spicy and delicious! So happy we decided to come here!

The most amazing food! I eat there every time I go do Moab! They even have a special menu item named after me! Ask for the "Olivia"

We eat here everyday day there open. The best homemade authentic Mexican food in Moab Utah. Home made tortillas. Yummy!

The quesabirria is maybe the best thing I've ever eaten. Their specials are always great, too.

I hesitate to review Miguel's because it feels a bit like my "secret spot" but I cannot rave enough…read moreabout the service and the food here. I have eaten here with my friend the last couple trips to Moab and it has been just perfect each time! The service is fast and very friendly. The skinny margaritas are terrific, no sugary mix and not an overwhelming amount of lime juice. My food was spot on too. We sat outside which is under cover and shaded but you can still see the street and sidewalk. Kinda feels like a sidewalk cafe there. They also have seating inside. This is a great spot a little off the beaten path on Main Street and a great finish to a big day mountain biking in the desert. Big kudos to the wait staff! They seem to work as a team which really improves the customer experience over other places that don't practice this method of service.

Unfortunately, they just completely forgot to cook my food. When the rest of my table got theirs, there was no trace of mine, and when they noticed the problem it seemed that they had to cook it entirely from scratch, so I didn't get my food until the rest of my family had finished and my kids were antsy to leave. Also, when the food did arrive, it wasn't what I ordered, and frankly I did not want to eat it, but at that point I was too hungry and dispirited to complain. I know, I know, this kind of thing could be a one-off; things happen. But you only get so many nights in Moab, and it happened to me, and I did not like it!

One thing I loved about this spot was the misters set up around the seating area--they made a huge difference and kept us cool on a very hot day. We ordered six street tacos: two shrimp, two asada, one adobada, and one barbacoa, which came to about $27. The food was served quickly, and overall the tacos had a nice spice level and good flavor. They were a bit on the salty side, but still enjoyable. One thing I found unusual was that they didn't double up the tortillas like many taco places do, which made them slightly more fragile. It's a convenient, tasty, and casual stop if you're in Moab and want a quick meal outdoors with a relaxed vibe.

Being a taco addict, this place was a no brainer. The word around the park is $3 street tacos...duh. The service was gracious both time we went and enjoyable. We had the Carne Asada and Pork street tacos, 3 a piece for $3 a piece. They come with the protein and onions and cilantro. We added pico sides and a chips and salsa side. You have to get both salsa's, medium red and hot green. The hot sauce is legit, so much depth and flavor but will light you up for an extended period! The park itself offers a common table area, covered and lit. We went back the next night it was so good, highly recommended!
