Very enjoyable meal outside overlooking the mountains in Moab. Food was very good and the environment was amazing. Our server was very friendly and made recommendations and described the dishes as we had trouble deciding since there's a lot of choices. I got the crab fried rice. And it was tasty. I eat a ton of Thai food and this Is by far the best Chicken Pad Thai Ive ever had. Its level 2 spice and it was just enough heat without making eyes water . Highly recommend the Khao Soi with shrimp. I did a level 2 (it's 0-5 I think), I prob could've done level 3 but I thought it was delicious. Had a little kick but wasn't hot hot. 2 other friends at the table tried my dish and immediately said it was the best thing and they should've gotten it. Loved everything about Thai Bella!! It was a magical experience. The Khao Soi with chicken ($21) was incredible. We went mild (and thank goodness, the guy in the table next to us got level 4/5 and was dying lol), the curry flavor plus the soft noodles and chicken were a flavor explosion. The Eggplant with Tofu ($20) was just as crazy delicious, we loved this dish!! Soft and flavorful eggplant, crispy tofu, the sauce yummm. Comes with white rice. They had a great bottled beer selection of Asian and local beers, we got a refreshing Singha Thai beer ($6 each). We got so lucky, only waiting about 6 minutes and got sat in the upstairs. It was the perfect vibe, light music, super comfy chairs. They also have a patio with heaters, you can dine with your dog. Service was wonderful, they are very kind, helpful and fast. Thai Bella is a wonderful dinner spot in Moab with a welcoming, pet-friendly vibe. We started with the calamari, which came out perfectly crispy, and a house salad with a peanut dressing that was so flavorful and unique. For our main course, we shared the Khao Soi--a traditional Northern Thai dish with egg noodles in a rich yellow curry, topped with crispy noodles, onion, lime, and your choice of meat. My husband likes extra spice, so they brought him a side of chili paste, which was a nice touch. The dish itself was incredible--definitely one of those meals you could finish down to the last drop. To drink, I tried the sweet Asian pear sake (a little on the sweeter side, but still tasty), and my husband had a canned Singha beer since they don't have any draft options. The outdoor patio was very nice and had plenty of space--not cramped at all-and the staff brought out a water bowl for Luna, which we really appreciated. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and it made for a relaxed, enjoyable evening. Got the Tom yum noodle soup! It was delicious. A spice level of medium was perfect. Out front there's a nice patio with gas fire pits to stay warm while you wait. The inside of the place has a nice character to it, very cozy home that's been converted to a restaurant. Nice staff and attentive. read more

We were in Moab six days and we ended up coming here three nights out of that. That speaks for itself. But let me you, this spot is feel good like a neighborhood joint and big city good. Since we went several times, so we tried a lot off the menu and everything was very, very good. We got the red and massamun curries, basil stir fry (get the ground chicken), drunken noodles, khao soi, basil fried rice, Thai iced tea and mango sticky rice. We ate that, but they left no crumbs lol Patty and the whole team is so sweet (and efficient). And the patio with cute market lights is a great spot to unwind after a day of hiking. read more

After a long day exploring Arches, our group of six decided to have dinner at Thai Bella. Since it was a chilly night, I ordered the Thai Boat Noodles with chicken. Unfortunately, the broth was only lukewarm--one of my biggest pet peeves with soup noodles, as I really prefer it piping hot. They also used white chicken meat, which turned out dry and chewy in the broth. The rest of our group ordered a variety of dishes, including curry, crab fried rice, khao soi with duck, and pad see ew. The general consensus was that the khao soi was solid, while the crab fried rice was just okay. Overall, we had a decent meal. Just note that there's an automatic 20% service charge for parties of two or more, likely the price of dining in a tourist-heavy area. Service was friendly, but overall I'd rate the experience 3 stars. read more

Wow! What a fabulous evening we had at Thai Bella. Preeya served us with her warm, friendly style and gave the BEST recommendations of what she loves back home in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She was right...Thai Bella does it ALL well! From the green papaya salad (I rarely ever see this on menus and had to try it) to the khao soi (Chiang Mai noodles in yellow curry), everything was well-balanced and full of flavor! We enjoyed the junmai pear sake to start with the beautiful salad. The papaya salad was crispy and fresh with a lovely light vinegar sauce. We then delighted in the khao soi. Wow!!! Spectacular spices and balance in this delicate curry that was mouth-wateringly good. Perry's hit the nail on the head with this recommendation! To finish, we ordered the mango and sticky rice for dessert. Soooo good! The coconut milk was not overly sweet and the ripe mango and glutinous rice were perfect. We gobbled up every bit of what was served, almost fighting over the last of the mango sticky rice. Great experience in a beautiful courtyard with white lights and greenery! Amazing service! My sister has been to Arches National Park and told me about this place. She talked about it more than the park (jk) so we had to try it! It was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating to our large party including 4 kids. We ordered Pad Thai along with some other dishes. We wanted to go back the next day but it was closed until 3 pm! If you are unsure about this place just go because I'm from Houston where I have lots of options for Thai and this is now my favorite place. So sad it's so far away from me. read more

It was the Thai food I didn't know I needed after an active day. Drunken noodle was the best I've ever had. Onions were cooked to perfection and nothing felt overly oily. Honestly I could've gone back there for a second night but my boyfriend likes to explore different places. They did suck me in with the homemade taro ice cream but it didn't do much for me - seemed to be made with coconut milk and maybe that interfered a bit with the flavor because I couldn't taste any taro at all. read more

My wife and I ate here the 1st night in Moab, and it was excellent. Probably in the top 3 meals we had on our 2 week vacation in Utah and AZ. I ordered takeout from Thai Bella so I can't rate the ambiance or atmosphere. But what I can say is that ordering takeout was very easy. I ordered enough food to feed an army, in varying heat levels. We went to go pick it up and they have a lovely bench and spot outside for pickup orders to hang out. I was happy to do so, it was pretty tranquil there by the patio. The time estimation we were given when we ordered seemed to be accurate. They brought out our food in a big box, and we were DYING on the drive back because it smelled so good (this was mostly the garlic green beans, but still). We all ate our foods. I got a 3 hot instead of my usual 4 because I didn't know how they seasoned. The 3 was a very good level of heat, enough to feel it but not be unenjoyably hot. We all loved our dishes. read more

This is an incredible Thai restaurant! Bella, the owner and chef, really knows what she is doing. It was so good, we actually went back 2 nights in a row. I absolutely loved the seafood dish: I wish I could remember the name. It had lots of seafood and I could actually taste the layers of flavors that made this dish so special. Bella even lowered the heat to a 2 for me and it was just perfect. Hubby had the Ko Soi (I think that's what it was called), a curry based dish with noodles, and liked it so much he had it both nights. Inside, the restaurant is located in an old house and tables are pretty much in the living room. There is also outside seating in 2 different areas, and the ambience is charming. Highly recommend! Thai Bella is a great spot, especially if you're craving drunken noodle like I was while in Moab and away from home. They open right at noon and there's plenty of seating inside and outside on the patio. The server was very attentive and made us feel very welcomed and checked on us quite often which I truly appreciated. As I mentioned, I was craving drunken noodles, so that's what I ordered with the chicken and the flavors were great, but I was looking for a little bit more sweet and savory, overall it was still good. Stayed in Moab for 2 nights exploring the NPs nearby. Glad that we found this place in a small town as we wanted Asian food. I heard they have good reviews on Tripadvisor. We ordered the Thai Noodles Soup and their best seller - Khao Soi. I am from Las Vegas and we got so much good Thai restaurants but let me tell you Thai Bella does offer the authenticity, food was exceptional and so was the service. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, especially the Khao Soi. Portions are decent and very shareable if you're not too hungry. The Drunken Noodles were my favorite! I like the way they cook their tofu here--cubed and crispy, but soft and juicy on the inside. Service was somewhat slow. Kiki was great, but the male server was a bit impertinent when my sister, who has a peanut allergy, was trying to clarify nut-free options. That was disappointing. Cream cheese wontons were nice and crispy, had just the right amount of sweetness with the filling. Papaya salad was fresh and satisfying. We got 2/5 spice for the table, but the server very nicely brought me a little side of chili oil for me to add to my portions. Cuisine is on the spicier side but everything we ordered was delicious. I'm not much of a biker but would almost be willing to drive from Denver to Moab just for this. We arrived at around 5:30p and only had to wait a few minutes for a table inside but as we were leaving at around 6:30p, there were ~15 people waiting for tables. We ordered the coconut shrimp to start, and I had the green curry with chicken as my entree. My other dining companions ordered the pad thai with chicken and the sweet and sour beef. I'd definitely advise sticking with the traditional Thai dishes (rather than sweet and sour beef). My green curry was tasty, and the portions are large.
