Swung in here for a couple slices at lunch time during the week, quick service, not overly friendly, pizza was piping hot straight from the oven, flavors were decent but I wouldn't say it's the "best" in town. You select slices from food line, pay at register and they give you a number and then you wait to be called. Didn't see any labels on types of slices displayed, but they help you out. Drinks are fountain or bottled. Lots of available seating. Pizza slices are large NY style (fold in half to eat). The hot honey pepperoni slice was ok, but needed more pepperoni. The website is easy to access and to order and the estimated time for pick up was pretty on target. My most recent time, I didn't realize until checkout that the girl serving me had selected a slice that was half the size of the others. Stopped by this place on the way back from the beach when I was in the mood for pizza. I got a New York style pepperoni pizza. I gave it a 7.0 out of 10 probably some of the better New York style pizza that I've had in New Hampshire. When I think of the most formative years of my life, I think of La Festa. It was a second home to me. With that being said, there may be some bias here. I grew up in NH, lived in MA, and currently live in CA, and to this day have struggled finding pizza as good as La Festa. Their unique wood-fire brick over and NY style pizzas are unmatched. The majority of people may visit for their pizza and cinnamon knots, but they actually have a much larger menu than most people realize. They have heros, wraps, calzones, grinders, salads and a great drink menu. One of the things I love most is how quick it is to get a slice. You walk up to the counter and you can order any of their specialty pizzas by the slice. Some of my favorites are the BBQ steak & bacon, Cukamunga, R2-B2, Chicken Carbonara, and their Buffalo Chicken. All of the ingredients are fresh are all pizzas are made from scratch. Now it almost cost like almost $30 with everything included for a pizza Don't get me wrong The pizza is very good but the prices are completely out of line and they need to be reevaluated. And I understand that things cost more now but pizza dough is cheap... And the cost of the ingredients doesnt explain the drastic price increase. I also have been monitoring their menu for quite a while and they never advertise how much a slice of pizza is.. when you go to get a slice you almost end up spending $5 for one it's better just to buy a 12-in pizza. They will never post that on the menu because they want people to order slices because it's the most expensive. All the spinach was in a thick ring half way between the center and the outside. Was very odd, I really should have took a picture. I got the New York style. Not a big fan, I prefer toppings to cover the pizza but it has built in breadsticks for crust, so that's okay if expected. HVR just released a garlic ranch, very much advised to pair it with pizza. Pizza was okay. Too far from my preference to say excellent but very much could be if its yours. I don't understand what a "Sicilian" style pizza is, if there were an explanation printed I think maybe I shoulda woulda got that. read more

Probably the worst restaurant experience of my life. 1st and last time. I wouldn't come again if the world was on fire and this was the only place to prevent death by starvation. First off, it was our first time there. We didn't know how the place operates. When you walk in, there's a line for slices, but no host stand. I had my family with me and we wanted a table. After standing in near the line for a minute, I see someone who worked there, and when I asked "Do we just sit anywhere, or is there a host?" The first thing she did was laugh out loud in such a "you're an idiot" type of way. So, disturbed, we head over to the table. No menus, no nothing, and we're just sitting there. Then, the employee walks by a few minutes later and when I ask "Do we have a server?" She looked like I had just interrupted her very serious text message exchange and she said "We don't have servers, you order from up there" while basically gesturing to the slices line. Okay, terrible staff and such, but maybe the food is redeeming. Head up to the counter and there's a bunch of pizzas on display. Wife wanted pepperoni and mushroom, so I asked for two slices of that. The girl behind the counter looked like I had just insulted her mother and replied "We don't have pepperoni and mushroom." Other pizzas had mushrooms, and I asked her "can you just add some mushrooms to a pepperoni slice?" She took an exasperated tone with me, and then, speaking slowly like I was an idiot and who pissed her off, she just repeated her answer. Like, I just asked a question. Was willing to pay more, and all, but she talked down to me like I had just assaulted her. Side note, I didn't. When I placed my order for the pizzas, she asked if I wanted them warmed up. Uhm no, I like cold pizza when I come to a place that advertises fresh pizza. I go to check out and the cashier is ringing me up and points out that there's a tip option to complete. I have done everything for myself so far, except for filling my own drinks, and been treated like crap my entire time in this restaurant, so I'm not feeling like tipping for being such an inconvenience on this staff. When I selected the "no tip" button, the guy said under his breath "Or don't tip I guess". And then turned around and basically threw my food at me onto the counter when it was ready. My family and I were made to feel like we were subhuman miscreants on our first, and last time to this place. I'm sorry if I inconvenienced absolutely everybody on the staff, and for being so dumb to ask such stupid questions about the function of their establishment.
