Once you cross the bridge, turn left at the stoplight. There is a gas station on your right, but turn left. While turning left, make a quick left once you pass the bridge. Go up the steps to find the studio. It's on the left. Another option is to park behind this building and go in through the gym that's there. I didn't use this entrance so can't share details. Inside is so very nice and clean. The Pilates equipment is in good shape and appears to be new and well taken care of. My instructor was a sub but she was excellent. I'm a couch potato with many physical limitations and she was willing to help me and provide alternative exercises. The other class members were so encouraging to me. I felt welcomed. I had been experiencing a lot of low back pain, had a very stressful sales job, and was a few months away from having surgery so I needed something to help me with all of this. Enter Urban Breath Yoga. From my first class, restorative yoga with Erin, I immediately fell in love with this place. It was everything I needed and more. I'm not even exaggerating. My body felt so good that I started balling during class because there was no other way to express my joy. I wanted to talk to her about it afterwards, but I was a mess lol A couple months in and I realized I had no more lower back pain? It just disappeared? I always looked forward to clocking out at 5:30pm so I could rush over and release all my stress during vinyasa, hatha, power, and warm yoga. Then after my surgery I was able to slowly build back up without straining myself with restorative, nidra, and yoga basics. I am on the petite side and there are some machines where I can't put any weight on or else there would be no movement and if I put the lowest weight it's too heavy to push/pull. So there are some machines that aren't beginner friendly. I'd say it's definitely a gym to go to where you've already started your fitness journey and want to enhance it or just wait to use those machines after you build some more strength. You will sweat until your entire body and hair is dripping because it's super hot and humid in the room. You will hear some calming music at more slow paced times in the class and loud pump up music during fast paced times in the class. You will be working so hard you will likely have to rest throughout the class. It's not easy and that's why I love it. You will feel like you conquered a difficult workout after this class. This class pushes you and I've noticed significant improvement in my flexibility and ability to hold several yoga poses. I also believe hot yoga has significantly helped my mental health. I can't worry about anything else in the world when I'm working so hard in this class. This studio is also very well kept and clean which I appreciate. It was giving: "You got it, girl!" but in the way people say it when you don't got it and they're just hoping for the best. This is not the F45 experience I knew -- and not the one that keeps people paying boutique prices. This was a self-guided tour through chaos, with vibes but no supervision. Like an escape room... with dumbbells. What happened to the two-coach model? The accountability? The energy? This isn't just about convenience -- it's about safety, quality, and the entire point of going to a class instead of winging it in your living room. No shade to the coach -- this feels like a systems issue. And judging from the whispers during class and in the parking lot after -- I'm not the only one noticing. If things ever shift back to real coaching, energy, and safety, I'd love to return. The gym is also great at getting involved in local community events and supporting other local businesses!
