Both of my sisters had found their wedding dresses there, and so I was hopeful but a bit unsure. I was so so fortunate to get to work with Veronica. She was incredible! So helpful, thoughtful, professional, and had such knowledge about fits and materials, and helped me find my dream dress, even though the selection was limited on my budget. She also spent so much time with me, which I know is not always possible and was just luck because it was a little slower that day (I went on a Monday). After helping me find my dream dress, Daniella stepped in for measurements and suggested a specific bolero when I mentioned I needed a jacket to wear during our church ceremony. She recommended one that was so glamorous and transformed my dress from what felt like one look, to two. I am so in love with my dress, jacket, and the matching veil she suggested. I am so sad that Panache is closing in Costa Mesa but feel so lucky I got to have the experience that I did. Truly a dream! Thank you SO much Veronica and Daniella!

They sold my fiancé a dress and promised to do the modifications/alterations. It took 5 months and…read morewhen it was finally ready it looked awful and still needed a lot of work. Every time she asked for a change, they refused, saying it would change the designer's intention regardless of how it fits on the bride, and they kept threatening her with rush fees for any further modifications. A dress should be altered to fit the bride, not to preserve the designer's work. 1 month before our wedding they had screwed up her dress, so we had to find another bridal shop last minute and pay extra fees to make sure it would be ready in time. They refused to refund her money and told her to take the unaltered dress or they would toss it, which I found very rude. My fiancé was left in tears and under enormous stress dealing with this shop. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying their dress here.

I actually had an appointment earlier in the day at the Beverly Hills location to try on a dress I was excited about and had confirmed would be available for my appointment weeks prior. When we arrived though the dress was not there. We then drove to the Costa Mesa boutique to try on the dress I was excited about, and walking in to this location felt like a breath of fresh air. I've been to several high end bridal boutiques over the last few months across the country (New York, Dallas, LA) and the service and hospitality that Nicolina provided us surpassed all and was so memorable. Nicolina is everything you want in a bridal stylist - warm, welcoming, incredibly kind, helpful, patient, honest, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited for her brides. I felt like I had known her for years! She made me feel so special and celebrated, and made my future MIL and SIL feel welcomed and included. We had such a lovely experience and were thrilled to find such a beautiful dress for our wedding welcome party (which ended up being different than the one we came to see!). Stephanie was also so kind, helpful, and professional getting the order placed and taken care of. In addition to the great team here, the space is much larger than other locations and they had a beautiful selection. My experience here with this team was truly a dream, and I couldn't recommend this location highly enough.

Confirmation booking wasn't receive, Kim is incredibly kind and finds a solution, squeezing you in. Sandra and Kim dress picks make the experience easy. Trust your consultant and what you like, as I did. I left with two beautiful dresses that were stress-free and allowed me to have my dresses on my day. Prices are affordable, with designer dresses available. Tailoring is not done in-house, but someone in the same center can prepare them. (They will give business card and called to confirm and get you in) The decor is beautiful, with a variety of dresses for bridesmaids, moms, and mother-in-laws. The restaurant, "The Hobbit," is next to, and across from entrance. Despite the signage not being received, there's a banner with their name. Despite the online claim of closure, the store is open. Sandra, the consultant, is the best I've had. Kim joined Sandra, and they make a great team. As a manager, I appreciate their teamwork and dedication to finding my dress. Sandra and Kim were the highlight of my day. I got two dresses, both of which made my day special. The store reflects the management's values. I applaud you and team is a gem the truly shines!

As someone that is used to stressing about parking/paying for meters where I live, it was so nice to see plenty of free parking right outside the store. I had gone to a different bridal shop the past weekend to look at dresses and was pretty disappointed at the selection and at the customer service. This experience was such a night and day difference. I had an appointment for 12pm on Sunday and Ana was assisting me. I love how the store is set up - it looks like there is space for 3 separate bridal parties and it's set up in such a way that you can have privacy with your group. I brought my best friend and my sister to my appointment. From the beginning Ana made me feel welcome. I gave her some general ideas and she was really able to nail down what I liked. She was so incredibly patient and I didn't feel rushed at all. She must have brought me over 10 dresses to try on! I ended up finding a beautiful off the rack dress that I AM SO EXCITED TO WEAR that was well within my budget price point. I'm planning on getting the alterations done with Ferndales as the date gets closer to swap the zipper to a corset back and to add side sleeves. I cannot recommend Ferndales enough. There is a huge variety of different styles, fabrics, fits, across a variety of price points here and the customer service is absolutely amazing. This place looks nothing like the other competitors in the area like Frontier and others. Thank goodness because this place does not treat you like them either !! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and acknowledged. The other stores ignored me. I met with the owner Maneka and she was amazing. I had a vision of how I wanted my outfits to look for my 3 day Indian wedding event. She sat with me for about 2 hours and she took my vision and sketched my dream lenghas and dresses. She even helped me design my 8 bridesmaids sari's. She had so many brides that she was working with at the time when designing mine but she took the time and made sure each piece and every color was the one I wanted. My outfit was made in India and for those who know about outfits made in India, it can be scary. I have ordered outfits online from a website which I will not name and they never arrived on time and the measurements were way off. When my outfits arrived from India from Officially Couture by Maneka the waist was a little big but the girls at the store were able to fix that in a day. :) Needless to say for a bride I was freaking out but all was resolved. I give this store 5 stars. Everyone at my wedding commented on my amazing outfits. I am so thankful I walked into this store and have had the pleasure to work with Maneka, her mom and girls. There has to be a con in every review. My only con is the parking situation in Artesia The parking use to be free on the streets in this area and now the city of Artesia put up pay meters.

She provided great customer service and her staff provided great service as well. We had seen the dress we wanted in LA, but to drive 3 damas out that far was just NOT practical. Luckily, I went to the Manufacturers website and painfully looked for a store in OC...so glad that I found her store listed. I called her and provided the style # we liked and she stated that she does have it in-stock. However, this particular brand does NOT carry a size 0, smallest size is a 2 (not her fault but annoying). She did inform me in advance that size 2 might not be available but that she would have to get back to me....and of course, size 2 was unavailable so we had to order size 4 for all girls (not her fault but again STILL annoying). I do recommend shopping here, the dresses here are priced the same as the stores in LA. Best thing is, you save money on gas LOL. Only complaint is they charge $1 if you use a debit/credit to pay, so please pay with cash. Thank you again Carina!

It been a month now we go for pick up and on our way home we look and notice the dress is not the same. We go back and turns out the dress is now discontinued so we ask for a refund as this was there mistake not ours. The worker says she can't which I understand but she could have been calling the owner as well. Also a call to notify us of the dress being discontinued would have been great. But no. The dresses they carry are cute but the service should be better. I am now wanting my deposit of 125 back but the workers are not refunding us for a mistake they made not us.
