One arrived with a very minor shipping imperfection -- something I honestly wouldn't have even noticed -- but the installer insisted on replacing it so that everything would be flawless. Two weeks later, the new blind was installed at no cost and with a smile. I love supporting local businesses, and Budget Blinds of Healdsburg truly deserves the praise. Then, Kelly had to cancel again due to her kids being sick, which I also understood, so we rescheduled for a third time. This time, my appointment was set for 2:30 pm. At 2:30, no one showed up. I called the office, only to be told by the receptionist that Kelly didn't even have me on her schedule for 2:30 pm that day. No explanation, no apology--just a complete waste of my time. After multiple cancellations and poor communication, I've had enough. If you're looking for reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere. Terrible experience all around.
