Spinich enchiladas

Great lunch spot. Food was flavorful and served up hot. The staff was very sweet and attentive. Low key and classic Mexican food. Can't go wrong with that.

This place is so good there coffee was super good, I had the pozole and honestly the best I had in a while, my husband had the breakfast a la Mexican and he loved it. Will be back !! Service was quick. They had la virgin de Guadalupe statue and art around the cafe and it was beautiful! I loved it will be back!

Special coffee!!!

Excelente servicio, el personal muy amable y atentos y la comida muy rica, el pan y pósteres son caseros al igual que las aguas frescas, el lugar muy limpio, tienen un ambiente muy agradable, muy recomendado!

Soo I was super excited to see that La Guadulapana (IYKYK) is now in Pasadena ... was In the area and came in to try it ... FANTASTIC!!! Same great food and service, coffee is AMAZING. The best part is that it's not overly run with gentrification... So if your in Pasadena come give them your business such a great little local spot!!! PS the are DELICIOUS !

Carrot juice . Jugó de zanahoria

First I want to start off by the location is almost hidden because it's a bit away from the other business but you won't miss it . Coming in the environment feel welcoming and clean. The waitress really nice and on top of everything. I decided to try the carrot juice, let me tell you that carrot juice it's freshly made really good & they don't add sugar or anything else to it so that's really good if you like fresh natural juices. The omelette and hue is rancheros had a really good flavor and the sauce was good But too watery, almost feel like I was eating soup. I feel like they should make the sauce a little bit more thick and that should fix the problem. The dessert let me tell you they are good ! The raspberry chocolate cake is well balanced not Overwhelming at at all !! The flan it's delicious it has a twist I believe that it has some type of almond in it but it's well combined . I'm general I would most likely recommend this place.

I ordered the chilaquiles plate. It was hands down the best ever! My wife ordered the huevos rancheros. She said the plate was perfect! We also ordered a couple of coffees. The restaurant doesn't feel new by any means, but lived in in the best way possible. There's colorful decor, plenty of seating, and a lovely overall vibe The menu offers your typical Tex-Mex dishes; tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, salads, etc. we ordered off their lunch menu You are given complimentary chips and salsa to start. It's a tasty red salsa (no green/verde). The staff were very professional and efficient. We got our orders taken in a timely manner, the food didn't take long, and our drinks were always filled Everything tasted great. The prices are typical for Tex-mex type restaurants. But the ambiance, service, and quality are worth a stop Some tips: The interior temperature was fairly cold, and I run hot. I'm not complaining at all, more warning those who get cold easily They open relatively early (10am) everyday, but they typically close before 9pm, except on Saturdays Cheers!

First off, place looks amazing. A down home joint. Tina, our server, was excellent. Water was always full, attentive but not overbearing. Wonderful lady. But the food! OMG! This place is heaven! Tamales are so flavorful and the chili sauce is tasty. The chalupas were delicious as well. We're going to be back-we HAVE TO! That drive from Georgetown will be worth it.

The male host that seated us, didnt say hello welcome or anything, he actually picked up the menus and started walking, we followed assuming he was seating us.. since we were the only ones next. He lead us to an area to the left straight back behind the hostess area. He didnt speak and just put our menus down on a table and kept walking to further back into that area.. My daughter says is this our table? and he just glanced and nodded... what was that? We sat there for a while.. feeling so strange. This has never happened before. Usually the female hostess greets us we get seated and we are handed our venues after we are seated and we are told your server will be right with you. Needless to say we left. We did not feel like eating there anymore. You all may not worry about our little $50 Lunch.. ( thats how much we usually spend if not more)but if any other customers feel the same way after encountering that male host.. you will be seeing more customers walking out.

Not to mention, the salsas were incredible. Three different salsas, all with a little kick, but truly so delicious for very reasonable prices. The owner came out, greeted us, answered our questions about the menu, and the food came out very quickly. While this is more of a no-frills location with not much decoration, the food and value makes this easily a 5 star review for me. Can't recommend highly enough if you are looking for authentic Mexican food.

El Tostaco Regio does not serve typical Mexican cuisine. Their food is what you would find served on the streets of Mexico. So there's no refried beans, rice or a queso plate here. Most of their dishes comes with beans and a cup of broth. Their food is served fresh, but messy. Everything they make is packed with flavor, but not overpowered by spices. The tables have three complimentary sauces you can try with your dishes. If your other party is not in the mood for Mexican, El Tostaco Regio also have burgers and baked potatoes. Their menu is bilingual, thankfully. The staff are patient and kind. Prices are affordable. I will say that their AC system could've been better, considering we're in Summer now. They only have only bathroom. Aside from a TV playing Latino music, there's no decor inside at all. My major issue is that El Tostaco Regio is NOT wheelchair accessible. That's completely unacceptable!
