Salsa and half order of chile con queso
    Janaya M.

The service is good, our server was friendly. The place was clean. The tea is good. They bring green salsa and a red salsa. The green is bit more mild but they are both good. We ordered the chicken fajitas and 2 al pastor tacos. The fajitas do not come out on a skillet, the chicken is just chopped up with some onions, it was hot, it was ok. The Al pastor tacos were not great. The meat was kinda soggy and almost ground up. The rice was a wet rice with a different flavor than most I have ever had. Didn't care for it at all and I generally love Mexican rice. An acquaintance recommended this place and they love it, especially the breakfast. So I would say maybe try their breakfast or perhaps having previously lived on the Mexican border and eating there often I'm too picky. Overall I wouldn't rate it terrible but definitely not the best I've ever had.

Money and Portion Worth The Money! Let me begin with the customer service. The owner and staff are on point! First time trying this one. First, it's a pleasant low key atmosphere. We were greeted at the door with a smile and seated right away. Chips and salsa as usual. The chips are made in house and are substantial. Salsa are nice. Green is not the usual mild fare, it has a nice spice that reads more creamy tomatilla than guacamole. The red is very nice with a good amount of spice. We ordered the chicken flautas and the fajita combo (chicken, beef and shrimp) with corn tortillas (house made). The flautas were hot and fresh, nicely puffy and crisp. The chicken is flavorful. Fajitas are nicely cut, grilled to perfection and the amount is more than enough for the three tortillas which are served soft and warm in the standard warmer. A very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back

    Queso flameado

I ordered the queso flameado and it was disgusting. The chorizo was burned and the cheese was so hard it was like a big hard glob that you couldn't dip anything in. I tried to heat it to see if that would help but it didn't. But even if it did nobody wants to eat burned chorizo. The chips were stale. My enchiladas were edible no had no flavor.

The gentleman in the pink was the one who was very tentative.

We stayed a weekend after visiting the Zoo. We came in this morning for a quick breakfast before we hit the road back home. We stopped and we had a GREAT experience. Delicious food and reasonably priced. The service was fast and very friendly. The restaurant itself self was clean and welcoming. The staff treated us like we were locals. There was a gentleman wearing a pink shirt, he was either the manger or the owner who check in on us and ask if we needed anything each time. He talked to our 3 year old son and gave him a Duvalin after he ate his breakfast. We sang Happy Birthday to someone but everyone participated in the singing. We all went to the restroom before heading out and my son left his plush snake at the table and one of the servers was waiting with his snake at the door jokingly asking him if he liked her snake. We definitely will be coming back! Thank you for your hospitality and a great dinning experience.

Clean restaurant, clean restrooms. Service was attentive, friendly and inviting. Everything we had from chips and salsa to our plates were fresh, hot and most importantly DELICIOUS. We've driven by here countless times but have never stopped in, and we will definitely be returning. Do yourself a huge favor, if you're craving GOOD Mexican food, pass on Casa Ole and just come here!

First, I have to give a huge shoutout to our waitress. I wish I had gotten her name because she was absolutely delightful! She was so personable, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Great service and even provided some jokes to lighten up the mood with the girls. Lol. To drink, I ordered the Rejuvenate for a little morning pick-me-up, and it was refreshing and just what I needed. For my meal, I had the Bravocado Toast, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Our waitress also insisted we try her favorite pancake--it came topped with candied walnuts (and another topping I can't quite remember!), and I'm so glad she did. I'm typically a waffle girl, but this pancake may have converted me! It was incredibly fluffy, light, and perfectly balanced--not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was an excellent breakfast experience from the food to the outstanding service. If you're in the area and looking for a great breakfast or brunch spot, Snooze A.M. Eatery is definitely worth checking out.

The interior and decor is like Tex-Mex style, with fancy light fixtures. Their food arrives fresh and hot from the kitchen. The staff are kind and patient. Yes, Shuko's has a little bar inside and there's a Happy Hour special (I don't drink). There's a kids' menu too and they also serve breakfast. Their Shuko's (sandwiches) are a traditional and most iconic street food from Guatemala. These sandwiches are a must-try! Minor downside, refills on beverage (except water) costs extra. Still, the name Shuko had me curious, it's one of Guatemala's most iconic street foods, so I had to try it. For those who don't know, a traditional Guatemalan shuko is street food done right: grilled bun, steamed hot dog, Guatemalan-style guacamole (no onions or tomatoes), sauerkraut, mustard, ketchup, and mayo. Their take here is a bit different no guac on mine, but still packed with flavor. A mix of grilled meats, sauerkraut, and condiments all stuffed into a roll. Definitely not traditional, but still tasty. I also tried one of their pupusas, and it hit the spot. A classic revuelta melted cheese and chicharrón oozing out of a perfectly griddled corn masa pocket. Comfort food, plain and simple. Only downside The fries. They were undercooked, a little limp. Just needed a bit more time in the fryer. But overall, if you're into street food with a Central American twist, Shuko 502 is worth the stop.

She was quick with our drinks and let us look at the menu for a few more minutes. Mom had the Green Tomato BLT, the Missus had the club sammich. But enough about their meals ... I want to review my meal. Their menu lists that the burger is on a brioche bun ... check that one off of the item list. A hearty patty is also placed inside of the bun and along with it are pickles, lettuce, onion and tomato. Check and double Check. Mayo is slathered on the buns, at just the right amounts that make it taste good, but not so much that it slides the innards of the burger all over the place making the chomping experience mushy. Flavors were good, I had just hoped the patty fit the bun a little better. The ratio was a bit more bun sided than oatty sided. My fries, crinkle cut, were seasoned well. Well enough that no ketchup was needed to dip them into for additional flavor. I would have liked a bit more crispiness from a double fry, but these were toothy enough to get a decent mouth feel. The meal for the three of is was about 47.00, so inflation has also hit my hometown dining places as bad as they have hit my current home near The Woodlands. Will i return to eat there the next time I visit Mom? If she wants to go, then yes, yes I would. I would also hit it alone just for their chicken fried steak or chicken. Ciao, Darrell
