I had a small pee sized lump of glandular (fibroid) tissue for more than 18 months and I had enough with the pronounced pain from hugging my children or my wife. I reached out to Dr. Cruise after I had completed a rigorous training program that whipped me into great physical shape. Even though I was suddenly trim and lean, my chest carried flabby weight, and my nipples were misshapen. (I would share photos but it's pretty embarrassing! The first thing I noticed about his office was his staff. Everyone is incredibly accommodating and responsive in person, on the phone and in email. I instantly respected Dr. Cruise and everyone at the office because they seem to have a deep understanding of kindness and efficiency, and this led me to eventually move forward with the procedure. As for my procedure, I actually had to change the date last-minute and, once again, they were super accommodating. For my situation, it was a quick outpatient procedure. It's been about six months now and I already regard it as one of the most important things I've ever done for myself. Can you put a price tag on confidence and comfort? To feel self-assured and present while wearing a t-shirt or no shirt is simply priceless. The recovery was a piece of cake - with barely visible scars - and I was even back at the gym within a month. The procedure itself was relatively painless and it cost a clean $5k which, if you ask me, is more than a fair price for the inherently life-changing nature of it and the service I received before and after. The bank they referred me to gave me an easy payment option with no interest (if paid within six months). Dr. Cruise and the staff are amazing! They walk you through every step and are very thorough throughout the entire process from consultation to and through recovery. I am a year out of surgery from type 3 and 4 gyno removal. It was bad enough that I had to have the pedical procedure. At first I was very nervous of how it will look because I am at the beach, lake and pool with my shirt off a lot. I was also worried about recovery as I am very active and love to workout. Dr. Cruise and Jessica made me feel very comfortable with this surgery, so I decided to move forward. To this day I have felt no pain or discomfort. I had very limited movement for the first couple weeks, however I was up and moving a couple days after surgery. The limited movement was more so due to me trying to be as careful as possible and not over doing it, so I kind of babied myself. I wore a vest for the first 3 months and was able to start going to the gym at about 9 weeks, if I recall correctly. The recovery has been amazing and my chest looks great. I have seen the scars improve weekly and now a year out there is only a little pinkness in some spots and in others you can only see the scar if you stare and look closely. This is the best decision I have ever made and highly encourage anyone with any sort of gyno to go through Dr. Cruise. I would not necessarily call this post a "review" but more so a "THANK YOU" to Doctor cruise and his staff. I've been struggling with male gynecomastia since my teenage years and it always made me feel insecure. Although I would consider myself to be in decent athletic shape , my puffy nipple would always make me feel too uncomfortable to take me shirt off at the beach , pool parties, or even in the locker room during my competitive athletic days. When i finally decided to have the surgery to remove my gynecomastia i consulted with a few other doctors before doctor Cruise. For some reason I did not feel comfortable with their level of experience performing this procedure. Finally after researching one last time, i came across doctor Cruise and was excited to see that he performs this procedure over 200 times a year!!! My only concern was the fact that I am an out of state patient. After speaking to doctor Cruises himself and his staff, they ensured me that this would not be a problem. With confidence i scheduled my procedure. The day of the surgery i was relatively nervous but nurses Jessica and Jennifer were able to make me feel completely comfortable as we prepped for surgery. I would like to say I remembered much after being led into the operating room but I'd be lying to say I was able to i remember anything more than netlix homepage screen. The following day i returned to the office for my initial post surgery check up and i was delighted to see that the issue I've been struggling with over half my life was gone! Even though I am currently out of state , doctor Cruises and staff still keeps in contact frequently to check and make sure my healing process is going smoothly and according to plan.
