I absolutely love the entire team! I went in for a consultation for either 360 Lipo, or BBL and to see what other options were available to fix my back. I had major ripples; it looked like the top of my back, fell down to the middle of my back! It was gross! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Yovino and his team!! I underwent breast implant removal, precision sculpt awake liposuction with breast fat transfer (raise your cup), and could not be happier with my new body! Not only is Dr. Yovino highly skilled but he genuinely cares about his patients and personally calls and texts you to follow up on your recovery. That's amazing!! How many doctors these days take the time to check in on their patients? After having my daughter, my 10-year-old 500 CC breast implants started to cause back pain and looked too big for my body. Nothing was fitting right and I wanted my implants out before trying for another baby but I was worried about how they would look upon removal. After researching and speaking with many doctors, I was thrilled to find Dr. Yovino and learn that I could undergo awake breast implant removal and liposuction to transfer unwanted fat from my problem areas to my breasts without the risks of general anesthesia. My transformation was divided into two surgeries. I first underwent awake breast implant removal and waited 2.5 months to heal before moving forward with the lipo and fat transfer. Michelle, the surgical tech, was very sweet and helped calm my nerves on the day of surgery. Dr. Yovino took his time with numbing and I can honestly say that I have had mole removals that were a more painful numbing experience than numbing my breasts prior to implant removal. I could not believe how smooth the recovery was and that I only needed pain killers on surgery day. Dr. Yovino mentally prepared me that my breasts would not look the most aesthetically pleasing after removal but to be patient and let the skin retract. After about a month and a half, I was amazed to see them looking "normal" again. I went from a 32 DD to a 32 B after removal. The awake lipo and fat transfer was more time-intensive (4-hour procedure vs 1 hour) but it was also a smooth surgery. I removed fat from my arms, flanks, lower back, waist, and back bra roll. I wanted to also remove fat from my legs but I appreciated the fact that Dr. Yovino recommended that I wait because he could only transfer so much fat at once and he would run out of areas to harvest fat should I want to go bigger down the road. Just like my removal, I only needed painkillers on the day of surgery. After fat transfer my I went from a 32 B to a 32 C. The fat transfer helped even out and dimples I had after implant removal and increased my projection. I also had Dr. Sarah Yovino treat my forehead and masseters with Dysport. I wish I lived in the LA area so that she could be my go-to! Ashleigh, the practice manager, was the sweetest and was incredibly helpful in booking me for my hyperbarics, ordering extra garments, and recommending hotels in the area. She never made me feel like I was annoying her with my questions! I am so happy with my new body!! My back no longer hurts, I look great in form-fitting clothes, and feel more confident. I love the doctors!!!! Quality results! Impeccable service! Gorgeous clinic! Truly artists at work! So, I hadn't the fainted clue about the latest plastic surgery techniques. All I know is that my face was getting so bulgy. I had a huge double chin. My jowels were almost protruding. I was embarrassed meeting my husbands coworkers. I know I needed to do some investigative work to see when I could do to get rid of my fat face. Chin and neck liposuction with Ideal Face And Body was what I chose to do. I discovered Ideal Face And Body on Instagram. I loved the fact that the owners of the practice, Dr. Justin Yovino and Dr. Sarah Yovino, were a husband and wife team. That seemed so adorable to me. I also loved that the Ideal Face And Body procedures were performed AWAKE! This was a HUGE plus for me. The more I learned about the PRECISION SCULPT and RENUVION technique, the more I wanted this procedure for my chin and neck. Being that this was a large investment, I knew I wanted both performed at the same time. The PRECISION SCULPT is the lipo part and the RENUVION is the skin tightening part. This was the first clinic I called and instantly became the last after my virtual consultation with the doctor. I had sent a list of question for us to discuss for my consultation and he was happy to answer all of them. I am a singer and he was able to assure me that I would be able to sing with no issues at all after my chin/ neck lipo procedure. I had never received any plastic surgery prior to this. I know there are people out there that go on a minimum of 3 consultations with 3 different doctors. There was really no need to find anyone else. When you look the Ideal Face and Body before and after photos you CANNOT find better looking before and after results. They are such incredibly natural results. The patients look amazing and most importantly, they genuinely look happy with their results. Also, I knew I didn't want the traditional lipo procedure with the large suction tubes. The before and after photos I looked at using this method showed the skin with irregularities. Dr. Yovino's practice uses tiny micro cannulas to retrieve the fat. The other determining factor that sealed the deal for me was the fact that I would be AWAKE for the entire procedure. If there is no need to go under anesthesia, why go that route when you don't have to! On the day of my procedure all the nurses and front desk staff were so unbelievably kind and helpful. They didn't make me feel like an inconvenience and they didn't mind that I was new to all of this. I probably looked like a deer in headlights but they calmed me down and made me feel relaxed. I was given oral sedatives and antibiotics before the procedure started and was able to relax more with nitrous oxide. The lidocaine numbing was uncomfortable at first but I couldn't feel the liposuction at all. 3 weeks out and I have no scarring where the tiny incisions were made. I have instant results and the numbness is going away. The Dr. checked on me via text the night of the procedure. I did a recheck in person 2 days after my procedure. I live up north near Sacramento so I was able to fly out 3 days after the procedure. I had virtual recheck session with the Dr. 7 days after that. He said I could text him anytime and we have spoken recently because I just had to show him my results. I am soo happy with the way I look now. I filled out a form on their website for a "virtual consultation" which seemed like a great idea given the current state of things. They responded quickly to set it up which was great but said this: "To move forward with scheduling your consultation, we will need photos of the areas you are interested in for procedure. Attaching forward facing as well as side profile views of each side of your body will be best. Once we receive photos, we can move forward with scheduling your Virtual Consultation." Really? You need pictures before scheduling a consultation? I'm not comfortable sending pictures of my affected cellulite areas (basically my butt) when I have not even made contact with anyone in their office. Do people really do this?! Sending pictures of my body through email without even making contact is not something I expected. When I asked if there was another option- I received this response: "Thank you for expressing your concerns. Because consultations are currently being done virtually to limit contact for the safety of our surgery patients and staff, photos are needed for Dr. Justin Yovino to asses along with the online form you submitted prior to your Virtual Consultation. These photos are to your comfort level and only need to be of the areas you are interested in for procedure. Patients typically wear a bathing suit or shorts for photos." I had a buffalo hump for 10 years that had gotten to the point that I was avoiding clothing that exposed my neck and which also led to depression. I had put off addressing it for a couple of reasons. First, the hump was so hard that I didn't think liposuction could fix the problem, and second I thought the scarring from the procedure would only bring more attention to the hump. But after having the hump removed by Dr Yovino at Ideal Face and Body using their Precision Sculpt procedure, I found that my apprehensions were baseless. I only wish I had done this years ago. The procedure was so much easier than I imagined it would be. I was lightly sedated and conscious throughout the entire procedure. A small incision was made below the back of my neck and a solution of some sort was injected in the hump area. Dr Yovino then went to work massaging my neck in order to break down the hump. The massaging was deep but never to the point of being painful. Then the area was liposuctioned. The whole process was no more than an hour. I was then able to stand up on my own and after being given discharge instructions. I walked out. The results were amazing. After the swelling went down after several days, my neck looks completely normal. My general practitioner couldn't even locate a scar. Actually, the only uncomfortable part of the whole process is that for a week or so after you must wear a girdle like contraption on your upper body under your clothes. It is uncomfortable but not unbearable. The idea is to help push down on the old hump area to improve the results. It definitely worked for me. Dr Yovino also has many staff members who assist you through the process of evaluation, scheduling, and preparation for the procedure. Everyone was professional and helpful. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Yovino and his staff!! His bedside manner is exceptional!!  He takes his time in answering questions and explaining the respective procedure. I am so happy with my results, and I was awake for my procedure which minimized any risk. It was painless and very little down time.
