The hair that they sell for wigs, sew-in's etc. is also poor quality. A lot of time I regret my purchase after coming here. FYI, you cannot legally require a customer to provide ID when completing a purchase, Visa and Mastercard prohibit this. That's a wild, discriminatory practice. If they ask, tell them no, and they still have to complete the purchase. To the owner: How can you morally profit from a predominantly Black customer base, while remaining ignorant of their hair care needs and simultaneously discriminate against them? Overall, it's a weirdly isolating and aggravating experience shopping here, but sadly, it's the most convenient when in a pinch.

The first time I went to this place I felt so comfortable, I was not pressured into buying the hair I wanted, the young lady "Kayra" I believe that's her name, anyway, she was so patient & helpful, she told me to take my time, even suggested that I think about & when I decided the product will still be available when ready. At that point I really felt comfortable with that business. A few days later, I went back, purchased the hair, I asked about the lace glue, was kind of hesitant to try it because it looked like the "Ghost bond" glue I used before, that didn't work, but the girls there said it really was good and water proof, so I also purchased their lace glue. I tell you, they were absolutely right, I love this glue, will continue to purchase it, and I love the hair as well. So, if you want very good customer service without the pressure yo purchase, I recommend you go there. I low key didn't want to give review because I don't want everyone running there buying everything then they won't have anymore for me....Lol just kidding, but the place is great read more
