I'm so disappointed I spent so much money on the frontal and bundles and I had it in for a month and its trash matted up the owner appointed me to the stylist, which who blocked me and I had it done in La hair candy salon . I found this business browsing Yelp and called beforehand. Kay was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I bought two Peruvian 20 inch (straight) bundles. I've worn the hair for a week and it's totally fine, haven't experienced shedding and matting like the other reviews stated. Just bought 3 bundles from here and had a wonderful experience. Unsure of the lady's name that helped me but she was extremely pleasant and helpful to my specific needs. Although they were out of some of the inches I needed she was super accommodating to provide me better and longer hair! The hair felt and looked super bomb. I booked an appointment with with Sariah @hairrbyriah . I confirmed my appointment the day before and also sent a deposit. The day off I arrived on time. She didn't respond and the shop was closed. I waited an hour and still no response until two hours later asking if I could come back. I had already left. I drove from Westwood to Compton during rush hour to get my hair done. I simply asked for a refund of my deposit and she has been ignoring me. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with the horrible customer service. I work hard for every $ I make. Still have yet to be refunded. I would not recommend ! Do not book with her. I am tired of these hairstylists stealing deposits. She didn't offer a discount or anything for inconvenience. She just thought I would come back. How inconsiderate!?!!!!! I will be going back to shop to talk to who ever owns the salon in person because this is ridiculous!!! read more

I give three stars because I ordered a wig that was on sale as my first wig experience and I just know they sent me a shorter wig than what I ordered. I ordered 14" it wears like a 12". It looks like some one cut it, and not the manufacturer. It looks randomly chopped. I was very disappointed in the packaging. No care was given at all. They just threw the wig in a bag. No box. No tissue paper. No greeting to the customer like a small gift or thank you note. Just "here go yo wig" type presentation lol. The hair was bent in every direction looking crazy! I already decided not to use one of their stylist because each person's page I looked at just gave me a hood vibe. I prefer more mature stylist in a relaxing environment. Nevertheless if you're looking for that " luxury " shopping experience this isn't it. Still I admire the young ladies' hustle. I suggest going in person to buy your wig so you know exactly what you're getting. And don't let them do the switcheroo on you. read more
