OK I am giving my review just on the fabulous customer service that I received and what I have noticed in this day and age of social media and entitlement that people feel they have they do not care how they treat their customers in person or over the phone. They just think they have the best or they are the best, and they can act any kind away and still charge you an outrageous amount of money. I am reviewing Pauline's human hair, extensions, and wigs in Bellflower I am reviewing JENNIFER Again her name is Jennifer only because I have not been into a Pauline's establishment as of yet I called the two other locations. I had short conversations with those people that could not help me. They referred me to their location in Bellflower, which I will say is 40 miles from my house so I cannot go there but the young lady, Jennifer, that answered the phone. She was kind she was professional. She was knowledgeable, and most of all she was honest. to me she went above and beyond she asked for my phone number she sent me pictures of what she actually had in stock, I am new to buying hair, weaving hair she explained everything to me communicating with her voice over the phone and with texting over the phone she answered all my questions with kindness and professionalism. She offered to send the hair that she had to a closer location to me so that I can go in and see it, I let her know I was under a time crunch she said it will be there for you to go in and see on Sunday which is perfect because I would not be able to make it to that location during the week before they closed she conversed with me. She answered all my questions. She was honest about the curl pattern. What can be done with the hair what could not be done with the hair as I'm thinking only one question, she did not answer and for all I know she could have been helping me and still had customers there in front of her. I applaud Jennifer I wished I lived closer so that I can have interaction with her she is probably the person that would make me feel comfortable with buying the hair, I will let you know after Sunday if the Los Angeles location that she is sending the hair to for me to see I will see If the people at this location are as nice as she was over the phone . I will see if they are friendly, professional and knowledgeable as JENNIFERAT THE BELK FLOWER LOCATION so I will check back in but she provided some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. I told him yes and to my surprise he knew exactly what I wanted. He let me sample different hair. He knew the inches everything he told me the history of Pauline's I was so intrigued with this I was in there for quite some time. This is a little late but i was told about about paulines thru a girl that i scheduled to do a sew in with. I drove from irvine to bellflower and unfortunately i was looking for 20 in platnum blonde and they didnt have any in that length. I was really bummed to say the least. Ryan ( paulines son) was sooo nice that he had some overprocessed hair in the back that was 20 inches that the shop would not sell due to it being over processed , so he just gave it to me for free! Luckily i was able to take the hair to a colorist who was able to match the color perfectly with mine ! I absolutly love this shop. Hard working,patient, and honest people run this place. BEST HAIR QUALITY EVER! I've been here twice now and both times I was beyond satisfied. I didn't have to purchase new hair for almost 6 months with how good the quality is. The location is definitely different and a little off putting at first but don't let that fool you. My hair is currently dark brown so I have no issue finding the perfect match. However, when I do decide to go blonde again I noticed they don't have a large selection. When I asked about it they suggested calling prior so they can accommodate my request. They sell hair by the ounce so be sure to ask your stylist what you should purchase to make sure you get the right amount. And the price point is great for the quality. Sure you can find hair cheaper but I bet you'll have to purchase at least twice from somewhere else before Your Pauline's hair needs to be replaced. read more

He actually went and checked in the back for me... I'm a professional hairstylist of 29 years. I've been referring my clients for over 15 and I also wear Pauline's hair. My last three purchases( for myself) I spent well over $700 in hair and $230 for a lace frontal. After making a custom wig the frontal is so thin you can see straight through the scalp of it. I took it in, the salesman agreed but would not exchange it. And the hair bundle I put highlights and it frizzled up completely. In my previous years I have bleached and colored Pauline's Hair for my clients and myself, and never had a problem with the hair. Also you are told that hair is natural and has never been colored or dyed and has been colored or dyed! It is OBVIOUS Pauline's is having problems with getting hair from they're distributor's because they give you a hundred excuses as why they are out everyday at every location. It is OBVIOUS THEY ARE SELLING BLENDED HAIR like other companies. The quality I received is just horrible! I now have a frontal a cant use and frizzled hair. I'm devastated that I have wasted more than $930 on a company that I really believed in. I'm hoping someone will reach out and resolve this issue for going to the next step of action. read more
