He did a brief call before the event to make sure he knew which shots we were looking for and then made sure that he followed through on those. He did a great blend of the more posed shots that older family members tend to want and action shots of the kids having fun. He was helpful in corralling people together to take different group shots but then there were also a lot of times where I didn't even notice him taking photos in the background. I really wanted to take the pressure off of needing to take my own photos so that I could actually be present at the party and Cliff delivered on that. We couldn't be more happy that we did our maternity / bump photoshoot with Cliff of LA Kids Photography. I couldn't recommend him more to family and friends. In the middle of a pandemic, we did a "socially distanced" photoshoot outside of our home and at doors where we could keep a safe distance. Cliff was suited up with his camera and mask. I felt comfortable throughout the entire shoot. I'm starting to plan my daughter's 2nd birthday and I was embarrassed when I realized I never left a review for Cliff because he is the BEST! We hired Cliff to do our family portraits when my daughter turned 1 last year. First of all, I loved how quickly he responded to my info request (yes, even after a year I still have a clear memory of this. First impressions are important!) and the program he used for reminders and payments was very easy and informative. I also remember how great he was about helping us pin down a good location for our shoot because I had no idea. At the photo shoot, he was punctual and so, so friendly. We hired Cliff to photograph our kids' b'nai mitzvah, which was cancelled because of covid-19 -- like every other social gathering this Spring.
