I did ask them to adjust the sweetness of the drink (one less pump) and that was perfect for us. The banana was not artificial (at least it didn't taste so) and paired well with the matcha which tasted standard to me. This place is more of a grab-and-go spot but there is still seating by the order window and if you're in a rush, there is a drive through option. I picked up an Uber Eats order here. I found the guy working there rude. It's hard to see who's in line. After I saw two customers go up, I went after them. The order wasn't ready and when I turned around, he said to the woman standing there, "Wow, everybody keeps cutting in front of you." He was complimenting the customer before me on her pants and asking her about them. It's not on the customer to know who's ordered. It's his job to address the customer who's been waiting. You can be incompetent, or you can be rude. You can't be both. Paying $8 for a latte (including a tip) is ridiculous when you don't even get it made right. I got the World's Best Pumpkin Cloud Latte. There was no cold foam, so I asked if there was supposed to be. She said yes and asked if I wanted it remade, I said yes. She comes back and said the barista put in the cf and that it sunk to the bottom, then asks if I still want it remade. At this point I've been in the line so long I just say no and leave. They already said they would remake it, so I don't know why she would ask a second time. If it sinks to the bottom then the drink wasn't made correctly. Yikes, came by on a Saturday afternoon for a pick-me-up and sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes (I understand that places get busy so I don't mind waiting) before coming to the realization I was never going to make it to the window let alone the menu to order. I couldn't write a review after the first time I went to La La Land because I couldn't even order. The drive-thru line never moved for 15 minutes. Second time around I finally did get to order and part of my order was just a straight coffee black. When I got to the window, I was given everything but that because, according to the employees, the printer does not print when you order straight regular coffee. How? What? Why? Huh? It took these poor kids forever just to get a cup of coffee. And, kid you not, FOUR different employees came to the window and asked if I wanted cream and sugar. Why did I have to repeat myself four times for just cream and sugar? While their signature drinks do taste good, they are nowhere near worth the excruciatingly long wait and hassle. My First La La Land purchased was in North Park Mall. Love it and decided to try another location in Campbell. Disappointed. On your cup here its say "Just be nice". Not only I was not greeted, cashier who took my order sounds annoyed. She just literally look at me. When I got my order, no napkin, no straw. I actually have to ask for it. DT is closed, I think it's under construction. Surrounding is ok, pretty clean. if only you have a bigger menu sign on your pick up window. Look! It's not like we are on a Main Street in downtown or a fancy place. This place is in the midst of well priced places like Torchy's and WhichWich. My point being, it is too pricy. Despite being a pretty large La La Land, this specific location is solely drive thru/walk up to window from the outside. There is no seating inside. Great coffee and avocado toast. Has the perfect amount of citrus - most coffee shops don't add lemon to the avocado and it taste bland. But this place does it right! Stopped by here for a coffee run while visiting Dallas. The vibe of this is really adorable. They focus on "kindness" yup... the staff is super friendly. The yellow color theme really adds into the good vibes. Tried the Vanilla Bloom Latte and it was delicious not too sweet and good espresso beans! This place was crowded at 3pm but my daughter was wanting to go and get a latte and an Nutella, banana and strawberry toast. The wait for drive thru was quite a wait. When we finally ordered and pulled up to the window we waited 5 minutes for them to bring the order. When we pulled out to go home my daughter opened her coffee only to have us spill all over the place due to a mushy top of cup with a very weak base. Slight burns on her hand and wrist.
