The meat was also on the thinner side, which made it so easy to bite into. The onions paired so well with the sauces, cheese, meat, and buns. Honestly so flavorful. I also ordered hand-cut fries, and again I had no complaints. The fries were salted very well and came with its own sauce. I'm not quite sure what the sauce was, but I was not a huge fan of it and just opted for the ketchup. Overall, LOVED my food. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Best Intentions. The service was quick and quite lovely as well. I loved their patio seating. To note, I stopped by during the week at around 5-6pm, and I had no trouble getting a seat! I will definitely return when I'm craving a burger!

Recently rehabbed from its prior incarnation as Trier's Lads, this is easily the best-kept bar within at least a mile west past Weegee's on Armitage. With numerous TVs there's not a bad seat in the house for watching a game (or horses at off-peak hours). Though Hermosa is a predominantly Latino neighborhood, English is the dominant language amongst the white & blue collar mix here, and this is your place to go if your Spanish isn't ready for La Posada across the street. So that's what they do here, they provide a social setting, they show sports on the television, and they serve beer. Friends for the friendless, drunkenness to the sober. If you happen to need something more, you can snack on the tasty plantain chips from La Casa Del Jibaro, stare at the disco ball, or reach into the box of free condoms provided courtesy of the Chicago Community Condom Project.
