Instead, the order arrived with someone else's name on it and completely different food. DoorDash refunded the order, but that didn't help with the fact that she still had no dinner. When we contacted the restaurant, the solution offered was to come pick up a replacement within five minutes before closing. It was already around 10:55 PM. Mistakes happen, but customer service matters when they do. A refund doesn't replace the experience, and telling a customer to rush over minutes before closing is not a reasonable resolution. What should have been a simple, enjoyable meal turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.
