The steak is served on a hot stone with 3 homemade sauces , peppercorn , whisky gravy and chimichurri. I had the Bone-in rib eye. I ate EVERY MORSEL!!! The best steak I've ever had - grilled perfectly medium rare , not salty and tender. The grilled vegetables side were good too , very fresh . And the added bonus was the INCREDIBLE Sangria. Refreshing and strong. Sooooo good ! The nostalgia hanging around from the owners memorabilia is also great and fun to peruse .
