The last time I came in, I had no idea what I wanted, so I gave her creative freedom--and she absolutely nailed it (pun intended ). I always leave so happy after getting my nails done! Vivian is patient, kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about her craft. She really listens, pays attention to detail, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a talented nail tech!

I almost turned around and go somewhere else. 2nd, I was sitting pretty quick but the lady I got she didn't seem happy, she was probably in the middle of her lunch time. When I told her I wanted European pedicure no gel, she didn't look happy. I paid for 10 mins massage but I got 6 mins total. She didn't look like she care what she's doing, she was looking around while trying to massage my feet. It wasn't even a massage, she just rub my feet up and down, both at the same time. She gave me their $30 pedicure package and I paid for $41 package, I was unhappy. Then since you can't tip when you're paying with a card, you'll have to Venmo. I didn't want to tip her coz I was disappointed that I didn't receive the pedicure package completed but she was standing there, waiting for me to hand her something so I end up sending her a Venmo for tip. I don't know if I'll come back here again specially when I don't get the full service I'm paying for. She thought bcoz I'm on my phone the entire that I wasn't paying attention, I actually took a timer to see how long she will be massaging my feet.

I highly recommend The New Era Nails to any man looking to focus on self-care. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how great it feels! --Duke

The salon is priced high but i agree with the luxury service they provide. I waited 15 mins before being seated but I was a walk in so that was alright. I thought my pedicure was relaxing, I liked the luxurious chairs with heat warmers. I thought my leg massage could have been a little better with some more pressure. It felt like the nail tech just was rubbing my legs. But I thought she did a great job on removing my calluses and cuticle care. I got the gel for my toes as well and they did a good job on the shape and paint. I'm satisfied. The presentation for the pedicure was very nice . But i didn't think the sliced lemon and oranges that they rub on your legs were necessary.

Not my usual nail salon but stopped by on 01Apr2026 morning as I was running errands in the area…read moreand was in dire need of a mani/pedi They accepted walk-ins and I was attended quickly. Typically, my mani and pedi are done simultaneously by two different ladies. However, I noticed that only one lady was working on me while 4 others just paced around and chatted with each other. At first I thought they might have other clients with appointments coming in soon, but nearly an hour passed and they were still not attending other customers. What could have been a 40 minute visit took twice as long. $65 also felt excessive for regular polish, I've gotten gel polish for that amount at other salons. Customer service was also meh - she seemed annoyed when I asked to swap out the color after testing it on one nail and didn't recommend any additional services like at other salons. What was even more frustrating was that by the evening three of my nails were already chipped! Will not be returning, don't recommend!

I was able to get seen right away so that was nice. My nails were already done from a previous appointment but they needed a fill pretty badly. They are almond shaped and the powder color was a nude pink. My regular nail tech mixes 2 colors so I didn't expect a match at this place but it was fine. I was getting them painted matte black anyways. The nail tech here was al older woman, nice, didn't really talk a lot. Just asked what I wanted, what color and shape and how short. I don't want to assume her English wasn't the best but also, I gather she's not fluent. It was definitely a trust the process type of service. It looked worse before it got better. There was no cuticle care and the finishing buff was not as smooth as I would have liked. The nails also were a bit thicker than what I started with. The shape changed slightly but not a big deal. The one thing I would say I didn't like the most was the polish did not start at the cuticle. She left a gap on all nails. It's not the biggest deal but its just not what I prefer. I wanted a matte black polish and anyone who knows matte colors you can see every imperfection. You can see the brush strokes and bumpiness of some of the nails. Again I know how matte colors work so I just didn't complain because I was thee as a last resort. The salon is a decent size and appears well taken care of. Its a quiet area. One thing I did question was cleanliness. There was a nail tech with no customers who was sitting at a station trimming her own nails. My mind instantly went to are those tools her personal tools or tools for a customer? Will she clean them? Then it spiraled from there. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience and in a pinch it was sufficient. Would I make an appointment here? No. I'm giving it a 3 because although I didn't LOVE my nails, the lady was nice and she did her best.
