Typically, my mani and pedi are done simultaneously by two different ladies. However, I noticed that only one lady was working on me while 4 others just paced around and chatted with each other. At first I thought they might have other clients with appointments coming in soon, but nearly an hour passed and they were still not attending other customers. What could have been a 40 minute visit took twice as long. $65 also felt excessive for regular polish, I've gotten gel polish for that amount at other salons. Customer service was also meh - she seemed annoyed when I asked to swap out the color after testing it on one nail and didn't recommend any additional services like at other salons. What was even more frustrating was that by the evening three of my nails were already chipped! Will not be returning, don't recommend!

This is the second and last time I will go to Spa and Co. I went with a friend who had fewer…read moreservices than I did and yet was done at least 10 minutes before her. I requested the second level of pedicure. I wanted my calluses removed and a massage. From the rough way that she cut my toe nails, to the lack of removing my calluses, to the non-existent leg massage, I was done very quickly. The callus removal was so bad, that my socks were catching on my feet when I put them on. She did not address my cuticles at all. Since the spa was fairly empty, I asked to sit in the chair for 5 minutes to let the polish dry before I put on my flip flops and she exhibited a strange attitude. This was not a free service. This was not a customized service. It was a service right off their menu. I expect kindness and a caring attitude when having someone work on my feet. This was not done either time with two different people. If I could give a rating of zero for my experience, I would.
